Carlos from Bravo Initiative was excellent. Extremely professional, courteous, thorough, and affable. An asset to the company. Highly recommend using Carlos for your plumbing needs. We had a problem drain that kept backing up. Carlos snaked and scoped the drain to diagnose the issue and had helpful preventative recommendations.

Carlos resolved two persistent issues (sewer smell from toilet + slow draining sink) with ease and professionalism. The drain issue was such a difficult snaking job that we had had prior plumbers give up without resolution - Carlos got it done no sweat. Cost for services was fair, especially for the quality we got. Bravo definitely gained a repeat customer today.

I booked an appointment online and never received a call nor did anyone show up for the appointment

After a week and a half of trying to get a quote, I finally got an appointment and Les never showed up. No phone call, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Finding quality professionals, particularly plumbers, can be difficult, and I feel very fortunate to have found Bravo Initiative. Les and Bravo Initiative get my highest rating, from me and my parents who referred me. Les did extensive work on both homes, much of which helped me add great selling points to my own. He even came out in the midst of his own personal emergency when my water heater died, to make sure I had hot water in the winter. In addition to the services I selected in this review, he also installed a water pressure regulator. My water heater replacement included updated code items that were missed in the initial build, and Les did such a great job, my HVAC provider even commented on the quality of the water heater and accompanying work he did. It's a real peace-of-mind to have an integrity plumber. For all your plumbing needs, look no further than Bravo Initiative.

We were having issues with our water softener and contacted Bravo Initiative Plumbing who was able to come out almost immediately to look at our system. Les was friendly and professional, even taking the time to put on booties before entering the house. As it turned out the issue was just with the machine’s settings. It was promptly fixed with Les also taking the time to look at another plumbing issue as well. The most surprising part was, for all this, Les didn’t charge us. Even with no parts being needed and labor a minimum, this is unheard of practically, not even offsetting the cost of gas. I will certainly be using Les and Bravo Initiative for all my future plumbing needs and highly suggest you give them a call if you’re in need of a plumber.

We're general contractors, so we work with lots of specialists. When our plumber discovered drain lines that were 85% clogged, we needed to get them cleaned the SAME DAY to keep our bathroom remodel project on schedule. Carlos was so professional, making sure he knew who to talk with about costs and clearly explained his findings. The camera inspection videos of the clean pipes after he finished are great to share with our clients, too. Plus, their scheduling systems made for easy coordination for this appointment. They will be our 1st call for all sewer cleanings & inspections in the future!

Les was very responsive and was able to squeeze us in the day I called him. He was referred to us and I was very pleased with his service. At first greeting he was polite, professional, and was constantly communicating what he was doing and finding/seeing regarding our leaks. We had some follow up questions after the job was completed and paid and he still took the time to answer our questions and help us. He was respectful of our home and wore shoe coverings. We hope we don’t need a plumber too soon but if we do I will definitely reach out to him without hesitation.

Knowledgeable and honest. We presented Michael with a confusing situation that he figured out and explained well. He could have easily suggested unnecessary work and taken advantage of us. Instead, he gave us options and fixed our problem on the spot within reasonable cost. He was even very forgiving that I missed our first appointment and had him show up when we were not home. He never made me feel bad about it. He was also a very friendly person and talked about family with us. We will definitely be using them for future needs.

Five stars is not enough. Les with Bravo Initiative came out today to fix shoddy work that another plumber did last week. Les fixed our ejector pump, our rain shower, a shower cartridge, as well as checking many other things to make sure everything is now functioning correctly. Les is meticulous, honest, friendly, and explains everything in detail. He will be the only plumber we call in the future. Give him your business - you won't regret it.

A different savior visited me today…a pipe burst in my basement (luckily I was home) this morning on Xmas Eve and I frantically called several plumbers. Les actually picked up his phone and was able to squeeze me in before he headed up to the mtns for his holiday vacation. I was able to make it to the Xmas Eve church service and host Xmas dinner now. 🎄 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Les is a gem! So personable and did the job quickly. Highly recommend.

8:30pm on a Sunday we noticed water pooled up on the bathroom floor of our condo. Reached out to our property management company and jumped onto Google to find an emergency plumber. Bravo Initiative had good reviews, answered our call. Les was calm and professional. Got the necessary info, gave a cost estimate and said he could be onsite within 20 minutes. He arrived, took care of the issue and was a pleasure to work with.

We've used Les Bowman three times over the past two years, as we have had various plumbing needs (install washing machine, install and repair outdoor bibbs for sprinkler hoses, install bidet toilets.). Each time, he has been wonderfully responsive, friendly, highly competent (no issues even months afterwards), and fairly priced. We will continue to use him again...flawless and easy!

Les is amazing! We were in need of immediate assistance with two plumbing issues in our house and he responded immediately. Not only did he quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and repair both problems, he was extremely patient with our home warranty process that required phone approval before proceeding. We are so thankful and will definitely be calling Les with future plumbing needs!
