Fredy was super friendly and helpful. I feel like the service I’m going to get with this company is well worth the cost. He was knowledgeable and precise. He went in my crawlspace numerous times to get his information correct and it made me feel reassured that everything was checked off. I’m excited to have a trusted plumbing service now.

My daughter poured parafin wax down our toilet & it was completely clogged! I called Brass Monkey & they were able to accommodate me very quickly. Fredy was our technician and he was awesome!!! He was incredibly kind & informative and most importantly I did not feel the slightest bit uncomfortable having him in my home with me and my kids. They are priced fairly & I love that they wear booties on my carpet! :) Fredy even asked for a toilet brush to clean my toilet when he was done!! I will definitely always be using Brass Monkey for my future plumbing needs! Thank you Fredy & team!!

Every member I deal with always treats my project with the same care and respect that I do. That’s number one for me, but they also back it up with knowledge, experience, and unmatched customer service. This job always has stress, but Brass Monkey Plumbing always pulls through on their end and makes me look good for choosing the right people.

Noticed a soft spot on my ceiling and knew it had to be our master shower that was leaking. Sure enough it was started to leak pretty bad down into our kitchen area. Was referred to Brass Monkey Plumbing and they have been fantastic!! Freddy and Chris came out a couple times (due to another contractor having to be involved) and even found a contractor to fix our fiberglass shower liner saving us $$$! They were extremely professional, friendly and awesome to work with. Did a wonderful job with the install and cleanup. Highly recommend if you need a plumber to call Brass monkey plumbing!

The technician Chris, was down to earth and very easy to deal with. His work was done quickly and professionally. The only reason things not a 5 star review is becouse of the price of the work. I have had similar work done in the past for half the price. With that being said Chris told me the price before the work was started, and it was my decision to continue. So all and all the process felt professional and fair.
