The plumber, Ryan, showed up on time and was professional and efficient. Fixed my leak quickly, and explained exactly what options I had in completing the task. I am a commercial real estate broker in Norman, and have managed several apartment complexes and commercial office buildings and retail space during the last 25 years - so I have used several local plumbing firms over the years. This work was done at my home. Brandon Plumbing is very versatile, and performs the full spectrum of plumbing services needed for commercial & residential work to include drain camera inspection. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Brandon's plumbing enough for fixing our broken pipe - they worked us into their schedule and quickly resolved the issue. They were very professional, great with communication. Brandon himself showed up. Thank you, I will always recommend you to anyone looking for a plumber!

We have had super bad plumbing back up in our house the last year and a half it finally got to where our sinks in the kitchen weren’t draining at all and we had zero water pressure in our bathroom. John Steve, saved the day with the miraculous handyman skills and plumbing education. Not only did we get our sink fixed today, but they also left us with a bundle full of knowledge. Not that we wouldn’t love to see them again, but that way we didn’t have to see them again under these circumstances. John and Steve remained completely professional the entire time walking us through every step as they were doing it and even went back over a few things a couple of times. They did not rush, but did get things done in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. I highly recommend Brandon’s plumbing BUT especially these two dudes. WHAT A TEAM! Thank you again John and Steve for helping us out! Happy Holidays! -The McCrazies ❤️

My hot water heater was leaking, and the valve could not be turned to shut it off. I had to turn off water to the entire house until someone could come take a look at it. This happened on a Friday evening. Called Brandon's Plumbing on Saturday, and they scheduled my appointment for between 3-5 pm, and said it would be a $91 charge for the visit to assess. No problem. They never showed and never called. I'm typing this on a Sunday, still without water, and now I have to try to contact ANOTHER plumber for a Sunday visit, essentially starting from scratch after I wasted an entire day on their assurance that I had an appointment. DO NOT USE THEM. If you don't show up for an appointment, and don't even bother to call the customer to let them know, then you don't deserve to be in business. I don't appreciate this unprofessional nonsense at all.

We chose Brandon’s Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet + wand and to replace two toilets with much nicer models. Our technician was prompt, friendly, and answered each of our questions. Both of us travel quite a bit, so we didn’t notice there was anything wrong for about two months. The housing on the sink wand was cracked, and we had only used it maybe twice and only to quickly rinse the sink. It was obvious that it was cracked during installation. With one of the toilets, the flushing sound doesn’t sound very strong, like it had with the older toilet. Turns out the wax seal wasn’t installed properly. The second toilet, the gaskets weren’t tightened, so the entire back unit was wobbly. When we first noticed the issues, we immediately called Brandon’s and they were going to charge us full price for a recheck. Full price! So, we went a different direction and got it sorted. We’ve heard they are a good plumbing shop, but unfortunately, we were disappointed.

I wasn't going to write a review from an incident that happened four months ago but a friend of mine had a horrible experience with Brandon's Plumbing so I decided to write a review. We been using Brandon's Plumbing for 15 plus years. Never had a problem except for four months ago. About three days before Christmas, we hired Brandon's Plumbing to clear the drain of our kitchen sink. Two workers came and worked on our kitchen drain. It took them very fast to unplug the drain. On Christmas Eve, I emptied a pitcher of water in my kitchen sink. Found out my sink was still plugged. There was no difference between when they started their work until they finished. I called their office and there was no answer. I either left a message on their voice mail or I e-mailed them. I don't remember. It may be a voicemail because despite them being open 24 hours, they never answered their phone. Another person called them on my behalf and I was told that they were there and answered their phone. So I called them immediately and I again had no answer. I figured that they were looking at their caller ID and refused to answer my call. The day after Christmas, I called them again and I am now sure that they were checking their caller ID because before I said anything, the lady that answered knew what my problem was before I told her. She told me, "The work is not guaranteed because it was grease that was blocking the pipe." I told her that it had been only a few days since they worked on the drain pipe and she continued to argue with me saying that I probably washe a lot of dishes since it was Christmas. When I told her that I did not do a lot of washing and I called them before Christmas, she told me that she would send someone to my home but they will have to charge me again which is $150. I told her that I have been doing business with them for a long time and I don't want to file a complaint against them. Instead of trying to work things out, this narcissist woman had the audacity to tell me, "This is a free country, do what you want." SO I DID WHAT I WANTED. I contacted the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office. They responded to me immediately and sent me a copy of the letter that they sent to Brandon's and advice me to let them know what Brandon's did about my complaint. Lo and behold, a few days later, I got a refund check for $150 from Brandon's. For people reading this, if you have a problem with Brandon's or any other business, contact the Attorney General's Office. All these could have been avoided if not for that narcissist woman that I dealt with.

We purchased a toilet through Lowe’s and called Brandon’s Plumbing to install the toilet and also diagnose why the line wasn’t flushing. The customer service rep would not give us a quote for the cost of the installation and/or diagnosis, but we proceeded with making an appointment anyway as we’d used them before and had been satisfied with their service. The team (a plumber and apprentice) were timely and professional. However, AFTER installing the toilet we purchased, they brought the toilet seat out and said it was broken. They then asked if we wanted to just “throw it away.” However, we kept the seat to exchange it at Lowe’s. Fast forward exactly a month, and we noticed a significant spiderweb break at the top of the toilet bowl…exactly where the previously broken and exchanged seat would have been aligned. It took us a couple more weeks to call Brandon’s Plumbing about the issue, so a total of 7 weeks had passed. We explained the issue and asked how we might proceed given it’s logical to assume the toilet had been installed broken and the plumbers had missed it (which is understandable as the break probably started as a hairline fracture and then spread over the course of time). The customer service person we talked to was highly unprofessional. She said that Brandon’s Plumbing doesn’t guarantee parts that they, themselves, do not furnish, so they’re not responsible for replacing the toilet. I acknowledged that I wasn’t asking them to furnish us a new toilet (we’ll proceed to have it replaced via the manufacturer warranty); rather, we’d hoped they’d be willing to come reinstall a new toilet at a discounted rate (the original install rate was $380) since the toilet was presumably broken upon install and, as returning clients, we’d hoped the business would hope to secure a continued relationship. However, the customer service rep. continually claimed that it’s our fault the toilet was broken (not acknowledging the context of the broken lid being brought to our attention after install), it’s been 7 weeks, and there’s nothing they’re willing to do to resolve the issue. That all being said, we’ll be discontinuing our business relationship with Brandon’s Plumbing, and I highly recommend that others find a plumbing company that’s more committed to customer satisfaction and dedicated to professional customer service.

Wow. Do they just NOT want our money, or what? We just sold our house in Georgia for our half of a large sum of dollars, and have nothing but money to spend on our current plumbing project. Later on, we'll be installing a sit-in shower, and two new bathtubs, one upstairs, one downstairs. Had these people made any sort of effort to be responsive and respectful, they would have made thousands of dollars off of us. We've used them before, and they did a good job, but the price was super high. This time?? A woman named Skye answered our call, and set up a plumber to come out to install a sink for us. When he arrived, we were told he would be doing an estimate, not the job itself. That was our first issue. We had bought everything that he needed, and had been told when we called that he could do the job. Nope. We were disappointed. So, he set about to examine what he needed to do to install the sink for us with the existing waterlines, and told us that it was Thursday, and late, so that an estimate would probably come Friday or Saturday, or Monday at the latest. Today, it is Saturday and it's nine, NINE, 9 days later. NO ESTIMATE. My husband called after a week. The employee apologized, said she'd get on it. Two days and 2 more calls made by us? NOTHING. It's become sort of a pride issue for me now. I won't give potentially thousands of dollars to a company who puts me so low on its priority list. It's insulting to be tossed aside this way. I just contacted a new plumber. Brandon's Plumbing just lost a good customer. UNPROFESSIONAL. And Daniel and Justice, the two guys who came out? I'm so sorry. You were quite informative and polite and respectful. Unfortunately, your company did not meet what you promised us, which was an estimate quickly. Best of luck to you. And I should add that iif anyone's interested in excellent plumbing work, for a good price, you need to look up Dan the Handyman. Dan Novotny is a god who walks amongst men.

Two men came to house to do find cause of backing up from washer, sink and dishwasher on one side of house. They came and looked at it on the week of Thanksgiving which was good and discovered after running camera the pipes were busted. we paid them $250.00 to do this. They scheduled to come out 1st time on Fri after Thanksgiving, cancelled and rescheduled Monday, cancelled again and rescheduled Tuesday. I called the office and spoke to a woman about needing insurance documents completed and did i need to go to office to have them do it and she first said , "You do know that you have to pay the money when job is completed?" I said yes i know but we want reimbursement from insurance and that's the only way to get it. They arrived tuesday, assessed job, done something in garage to drain from washer in there, fixed and hooked up the washer to drain, jackhammered concrete floor, fixed pipe and completed the task & fixed the floor w/concrete. However, on Sunday 12/3, i go to my freezer in garage and discovered that they unplugged my freezer which is by my washer and did (((((not))))) plug it back in. We had 4 full garbage bags of meat and ice cream and other frozen foods ruined and had to throw it all away. That is just one complaint, the other is that they were paid up front and our insurance company wanted the job itemized and receipts to prove we paid and the job was complete. Well, job was doe on Tuesday the 11/28 and today is 12/7, still we do not have the itemized documents to give our insurance company for reimbursement and they were supposed to call me about them forgetting to plug the freezer back...........crickets......... The guys that came were nice and respectful and they did good work so far, and completed task in one day which I am grateful. I am just very disappointed in office response , still waiting.

I had used Brandon's Plumbing a few times successfully in the past . Lately, I keep having to defend them when I refer people that have been having horrible experiences after calling them. I can see why now, something has changed since the last few times I used them. From getting hung up on 2 times while trying to schedule the service call, receiving a quote completely out of line, to the unprofessional attitude of the technician... things have certainly changed for the worse. I called about getting a water heater replaced same day and was told that it would be no problem. It is a straight forward replacement, on the typical steel platform in a garage water closet with nothing else in the way. The technician showed up and the first thing he asked was if I wanted it done that day. When I said yes, he didn't even try to hide the fact that he wasn't happy. He looked for 5 minutes, came up with a story about how it wasn't up to code (this is a recently built home), and formulated a quote for over $4200. In a nutshell, $2700 higher than the other 2 quotes from companies who were going to have to do the work the next day, on a Saturday. He charged me $125 service charge for his 5 minutes of work and thought it was funny when I asked if he really wanted to lose a repeat customer over this? His answer of "yes, that's my intention" sealed the deal. So he shows up, doesn't disguise the fact that he doesn't want to do the job, creates a ridiculous quote that he knows will not get accepted, KNOWING that he still gets to charge his service fee, and walks away with a smirk on his face to go to the next customer and do the same thing. BEWARE and STAY AWAY or this will be happening to you.

On Saturday 11/28/20 I realize we had a sewer leak under the house. I called Brandon's plumbing to have them come out and repair it. My appointment was set at 4:30 pm a that day. Starting at about 5:30 I started to call their dispatch to get an eta. They kept on giving me the runaround on when they would be here. Every time I talked to them they told me a tech was in route and it would be about 45 minutes. They finally showed up at 10:30 pm. The tech came in and did a quick diagnosis and said we were leaking sewage and had a lake of poo under the house. Of course that late at night they weren't able to do anything about it. I was told i would get a call Monday to schedule the repairs to the tune of $2200 plus the service call charges I paid that night. They charged me an extra $150.00 to come out after hours and didn't even advise me of that extra charge till the tech was asking for payment Saturday night. Fast forward till Monday I had to call them due to no phone call. I told the tech it needed to be done Monday or Tuesday due to work schedule and the fact we have raw sewage leaking into the house. They set me up for Tuesday to come and do the work inside and later in the week to do the outside work. I wasn't happy but agreed. I get a phone call this morning they canceled today. So now I have to find someone else that can come out because I am tired of the runaround I am getting from this company. I am out $250 and had nothing done except a quick quote and being told what I already knew. Don't use this company if you value your time and money.

I stopped using them a few years ago because it was difficult to contact anyone even in person at their office. I could stand in their office and walk back into what looked like their accounting area and roam around for several minutes. I left after waiting for about 15-20 mins and no contact. Plus some of their employees visibly showed disgust when they were required to remove their shoes to enter one of my tenants house. Pretty bad customer service and disrespectful of my foreign tenants. Now the reason for this review. Some of my tenants had toilets backed up. I couldn't find a plumber that could service them that day so they looked around. Said they found a plumber that could make it that day. I didn't think about asking who the plumber was. When it was done, I was told the cost was $240 because they had to snake the toilets and sewer line. That's a first for me. I wondered who they used and they said Brandon's Plumbing. Furthermore, apparently they said the toilet paper was too thick causing the problem. The tenants use Charmin. I've never had a problem with Charmin and never heard of toilet paper being too thick causing backups. That was about a week or two ago. Now they called me today because the lines are clogged again. Brandon's invoice pointed to a flapper possibly causing the back up, and specifically said they wouldn't warranty their work. How convenient to not fix the actual cause of the problem. I'll be sure none of my tenants use their services again. I gave them 2 stars because they were available and responded quickly.

I recently hired Brandon's Plumbing for a plumbing issue at my office, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their outstanding service. From start to finish, they were nothing short of exceptional. Brandon's Plumbing provided prompt response and arrived at my office right on time. Their professionalism was evident from the moment they stepped through the door. They even took the time to explain the issue and the steps they would take to fix it, ensuring I understood the entire process. The quality of work performed by Brandon's Plumbing was top-notch. They displayed a great level of expertise, taking care of the problem efficiently and effectively. Not only did they address the initial issue, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in optimal working condition before they left. It is refreshing to come across such a reliable and customer-oriented plumbing service. The level of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by Brandon's Plumbing is commendable. I felt confident in their abilities every step of the way. I would highly recommend Brandon's Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their promptness, professionalism, and exceptional job have made them my go-to plumbing service provider. Thank you, Brandon's Plumbing, for your outstanding work – you have gained a loyal customer!

The good thing I have to say is that i was able to secure an appointment rather quickly and the service techs howed up and did call prior to arriving. Once they got here, I showed them what I had and what needed to be done. I was quoted $350 - $400. Apparently, there was some problem with the garbage disposal, which was a little larger than the last one, and I think they had to move a little plastic pipe or something, and they also had to provide an electrical cord that did not come with the garbage disposal. The sink was easy peasy. I was charged $425 and was told, I was given a discount. I could have gone through Lowe's and paid less, and all they do is hire contractors, like Brandon's plumbing to come out and do the same for guaranteed rate of $199 per item to do the same job. I'm frustrated because I thought Brandon's has competitive pricing and I hopefully would get this job done for about $300..especially since they were not new installs. Maybe $225 was ok for garbage disposal but $200 for a 10 minute sink install was too high. Maybe they're all the same. But I need to do my homework a lot better next time. And this is being knit picky, I guess, but they left my sink.Filthy dirty didn't even clean it out.

Avoid! In an economy where every dollar matters, do not give any of them to Brandon's. A simple line break took them all day to fix. They came unprepared and didn't have anything they needed to fix the problem. They left several times. After watching them eventually fix the problem, it was obvious I could have saved 1800.00 and fixed the problem myself in less time. So disappointed with their service. Also, they broke several lines on our irrigation system which they said they won't fix. This is after my husband pointed out where the line was and the technician and his "spotter" chose to dig it anyway. It should be noted that they did not need to dig this area to get to the problem, which they had already uncovered. Pure negligence on their part. Now, we will have to do that ourselves or pay another person to fix it. Our neighbor had a similar situation with this company that we learned about after the work was complete. I will be posting our experience on our neighborhood HOA page so the rest of our neighbors can avoid a similar experience. All we want is a little accountability. I will support businesses that recognize and fix their mistakes in the future. Shady, shady, shady!
