I would like to thanks Tim and his plumber David for coming to me on December 30th at 7pm !! My water heater broke and I was going crazy knowing it was going to be hard to find someone to help me at that time and on that weekend. Called Tim trying to get a quote for the following week and deal with my situation for a few days, but I was surprised after I explained him that I have special needs people living with me and he contacted his plumber ,who agrees to come immediately to our rescue doing a fantastic ,professional and quick job. I definitely recommend Tim and his business for any plumbing issues you might have. Thank you for your kindness and consideration
Highly recommended, Great communication, they do quality work and stand behind it. Well done!
Called Brandon Plumbine after hours during the week and tim picked up right away. Within an hr a tech was at the house and we no more leak and a new valve!
Over charged for poor services. Hired to unclog drain. Drain is still clogged.
Bad Bad Plumber Company. I just want to warn everyone about the shady dealings my wife and I had recently with Brandon Plumbing. This is the first time I ever felt the need to post anything. Our washing machine wasn't filling adequately and was giving us an error message. I'm not handy so I called and spoke to Tim (the owner or manager of Brandon Plumbing). He sent out his plumber to evaluate the problem. I also had 2 bathroom sinks that were slow also. The Plumber looked and seemed to think he knew the issue. He went out to his vehicle and called Tim for pricing. Tim shortly called me back saying it looks like he needs to take apart all the fixings and clean them and reassemble. Sounds like alot of work to me. Price was $300 plus interest / tax. He was there so I said do it. I need to wash clothes. The Plumber unscrewed the little filters. Rinsed the off and screwed them back in. He did all 3 in 10 minutes. I was shocked but if that was the fix, I agreed to it. My sinks flowed great. The washer wasn't fixed at all. The plumber said he did what he could as a plumber and to call a appliance mechanic. 300 dollars to rinse out 2 sink filters. No paperwork was given. Nothing exchanged. Tim called later to get payment over the phone. Asked my wife if she was satisfied. She said no. The washing machine wasn't fixed. Tim said it would of cost hundreds to fix it. Why on Earth does he think I paid him hundreds already. Called a appliance mechanic. Came out the same day. Went and got the part and fixed it same day. $140 total. I feel really stupid and taken. But it's partially my fault. SO BE WARNED. TIM AND BRANDON PLUMBING DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS. Will never ever use them again.
I had low cold water pressure in guest Bath shower.. the first plumber quoted $930 just to replace faucet!.so I called office at brandon plumbing and I sent pics of faucet and pipe inside wall to them. They sent a very capable plumber out who told me I needed new faucet, plus repipe in lines and tie down the pipes (in my 2019 double wide trailer!). He left and office called. they quoted me $1300 but offered $100 discount to do the job, and that the plumber was on his way to get material t o do the work. I told them I had to speak to my husband before agreeing to anything. I did text him immediately while he was working. I had waited about7 minutes when the office guy tried calling me back. My family has been in construction industry for average gens and I worked for a plumbing supply house for years. I know they tried to overcharge me, and I know they were trying to push me into having work done same day. I ended up calling watershed plg who came out,, said I didn't need repipe or additional pcs to secure pipe, I just needed longer bolts for the existing plg, and said probably not a new faucet either. They got a couple of bolts out of their truck, repaired my existing faucet and secured it in less than 15 minutes for $200!!! If you are not comfortable with a company, walk away and find someone else!
I had a pipe leak under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbing companies and Tim from Brandon Plumbing called me right-of-way. I told Tim I needed the work done on that day because I had taken the day off from work. Tim took that under consideration and dispatched the technician to show up at my house before lunch time to assess the leak situation. Based on my conversation with Tim, his technician Jim was finishing up a job in Pinellas County and I would be the next customer. I must say, on that day we had very bad storms and Jim was running a little bit late. He called to let me know his estimated time of arrival. Jim was very polite, friendly and professional. During his assessment, in addition to the leaking pipe, he noted a leaking water supply valve. He took the time to explain and make recommendation on what he needed to do to fix both leaks. Upon my approval of the work, he contacted his office and within a few minutes I received a call from Tim with the estimate and the warranty work explanation. Jim did an excellent job; I am very happy with the result and Tim was very professional. I highly recommend this company; they are responsive, professional and affordable. More importantly, they provide quality work. Thank you so much Brandon Plumbing for your professionalism !!!
Had an issue with all 4 toilets not flushing on the ground floor and water coming up the master shower. Called Sunday night. Received a return call at 7am that someone would be out later that morning. Ernesto showed up around 11. After about 15 minutes, we discovered that it was probably a main line sewer clog and needed to be snaked. So he had to remove the toilet. OK. But he had no wax seal so he had to go buy one. 45 minutes later he was back and snakes the toilet for about 20 minutes until he broke through the clog. He then replaced the wax seal and master toilet and cleaned up. All was good until I was given the bill $769.00!!!!!! For less than 2 hours work? I was shocked but I did pay the bill and was happy to have working toilets again. (by the way was given no invoice only shown a text message from the owner and the amount)... I later texted the owner telling him that (upon research) I was overcharged by about $250.00 bare minimum. I was charged over $350.00 per hour!!!!! He responded that it was a flat rate job and there was nothing he could do about it. (Ernesto was a sub-contractor btw). While I am grateful that I have working toilets, I was completely taken advantage of...no doubt in my mind. Never ever again.
I feel like I struck gold with this company. From the moment I called them (picked from a Google search after calling several others in my area), the owner/manager Tim did a great job of listening to my issue (a newly discovered pipe leak behind the wall in my laundry closet), offering some suggestions, possible fixes, then scheduling an appointment the very next day. He even gave me his cell number in case I needed to reach him quickly. He and his technician Jim showed up the next morning, fully assessed the problem and got to work. They were both extremely professional and the work itself is outstanding. Tim himself turned out to be quite an interesting guy - during the repair job he and I talked quite a bit; very personable, friendly and positive. It was beyond clear that these folks are a very customer-oriented company and that they care about and value those who hire them. My girlfriend and I almost asked them to stay for dinner, they were that good! Oh, and the price they charged for the repair was very reasonable. I am happy knowing that if I have any future plumbing issues arise that I have these folks to call. I know I am in good hands with an honest, hard-working, customer-oriented company.
Update——— Received receipt. Thank you. Upgraded to 4 stars due to unseen circumstances behind getting the receipt. Update———— Service and workmanship was perfect. However, I’ve been asking for a simple receipt so I can get reimbursed for a month through texts and calls. I don’t understand the hold up. Either he overcharged and can’t put it down on a receipt, or it doesn’t pay to take the time to make one anymore. Never going to use Brandon Plumbing again, but if you do, make sure everything is to your liking and you agree to the terms before you pay (similar reviews). 5 stars down to 2. If that matters. Tim and Ernesto were very responsive to our last minute accident with our shower pipes. Once we realized we couldn’t fix it we started making calls. The only one of 6 different people who actually took the time to make this repair happen was Tim. It was late last night and he was on the phone walking us through what had to be done. He told us exactly when Ernesto would arrive and he showed up on time. Ernesto knew exactly what had to be done and started working. Thank you both. Your number is definitely saved on our phones for future mishaps. Richard and Mary Beth
I called SEVERAL places this morning (the DAY before Christmas Eve) because we woke up to NO WATER PRESSURE. Almost everyone told us they couldn't help us until next week because of the holidays. Brandon Plumbing not only was able to help us get someone out but Tim told me he would do his best to get someone out ASAP. And he did NOT disappoint. He was able to get at plumber out to my home within the hour. Tim was great at keeping me up to date on when he would be at my home. The gentleman (David) that showed up not only was right on time, very professional but he was also able to educate me on the problem that we had and what could be done to fix it. Unfortunately with our situation it had to do with our well and the unit itself was underground. They were not able to help me resolve my issue. But the fact that their customer service was above and beyond what I expected and the plumber that came out was extremely polite, professional and informative is the reason I am writing this review. If in the future I know of anyone that needs a plumber, your company will be one of my top recommendations. Thanks for all your help!
When other plumbers said no, Brandon said yes. We had an emergency situation after another plumber had been out to "fix" the problem. Main drain pipe going to the sewer was blocked and the other plumber was told yet they ran their auger towards the house Instead of the street. By the time we realized the other plumber had screwed up it was after hours, sewage was backing up our drains, and we had tried to get them back with no luck, Brandon was not only able to get someone out but within 30 minutes. Within a little over an hour of us calling the problem was resolved! It was a expensive being after hours but worth it in my opinion. Did I mention it took 4 days to get the other plumber out here to do the job? Called last minute and told us they would have to reschedule the first time, arrived without an auger (after telling them they would need one) the second, and the third time they did the job so wrong that it got worse. Like I said, Brandon was here in 30 minutes, knew what to do, and was done in a little over an hour after initial contact. Guess who is our first call from now on?

My wife and I experienced an unexpected household major malfunction on a Friday late in the afternoon. Our 10 year old hot water heater failed. My wife is handicapped and cold water showers are less than optimal. I called several brand name 24/7 plumbing services, none were able to respond until the following business week. I then found Brandon Plumbing on line. I called and talked to Tim where I outlined our circumstances and let him know we needed urgent service. He arranged to have his ace plumber, David, respond the next morning, SAT JUL 24 2021. David came; removed the old, replaced with the new, and was mission complete and back to hot water service in less than 1.5 Hrs. Expeditious, professional, courteous, enthusiastic and second-to-none customer service are all hallmarks of Brandon Plumbing! Tim even called the morning of the service call to ensure his plumber was on site and that I was content with his work! Our heartfelt gratitude to Tim and David for world class service—on a weekend— when no other Big name Company would respond. Col BR, USAF-Ret
Nearly criminal pricing. My 65 year old mother called to have them come clear a plugged toilet. After arriving nearly two hours after she expected them, they told her they couldn't do it without removing the toilet and it gave her a quote for over $900. She called me and I told her to send them on their way. They charged her a $200 service charge and made her feel ashamed for not going through with the job. I called another plumber I've used before and they quoted $250, so I scheduled them. When I called and spoke with Tim, he tried to explain to me how difficult of a job it would be to remove the toilet and clear the line. After questioning him, he admitted it would likely take under an hour. He then told me that he didn't quote $970 that he actually quoted $790 or something of that nature. I don't believe him over my mother and if you are willing to change your prices that quickly you know you're being unethical anyways. TIM, I'm a man of my word and I promised you a 1 star review. Stop ripping off senior citizens with your outlandish quotes.
