They replaced my tankless water heater and radiant floor boiler, and the result is nothing short of remarkable. They went above and beyond at every step, taking the time to explain my options, answering all my questions, and ensuring the installation was done right the first time. What truly sets them apart it their craftsmanship. My mechanical room now looks like a work of art. Everything is laid out perfectly with components labeled. Piping is neat and symmetrical, every connection is clean and precise. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat it more like a craft and less of job. Its a rarity to find someone that can combine technical expertise, pride in workmanship, and genuine customer care, but Brad Co. delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right - and beautifully.

They did show up to fix boiler, which did a total fail. Couldn't explain why though? The gentleman that installed:the boiler 3 years ago never showed up to again explain and see why the total fail. After a decade with him there is no customer service or care. I could go on as to how watched him grow. Gave him all the work on a Triplex in Evergreen. I'm done, thanks for the lesson.

I just called to have an estimate for some pipes to be moved as they keep freezing and the receptionist said Brad Company doesn't do that kind of work. Really? Then they shouldn't have it advertised on their website.

I found Brad Company Plumbing & Heating through a favorable review that I thought was on Yelp, but maybe it was another site. I called to get an estimate on a gas line job and was able to get scheduled immediately, by Carol. Dave showed up well within the 2 hour window and gave me a very reasonable fixed price estimate. In fact, we called our old plumber that we used in the Highlands and their bid was stupidly high. I called Carol back to schedule the job and she was able to get Dave out the next day between 11 and 1pm. Dave showed up at 10:55 (awesome) and quickly got the job done and also enhanced a few of our existing elements to our gas line, as a courtesy and free of charge. I like that they do a fixed price bid versus an hourly deal, as well. Our price went up a little bit, but that's because Dave was nice enough too hook up our new gas stove and we didn't have a gas connector so he picked it up for us. It's nice to have good 'ol fashioned work done by a small outfit, versus a big company that subcontracts.

We've been working with Daniel and his team since three years and our house has had several issues that needed fixing. Right from appointment setting to diagnostics to follow-up, Brad Co. I called them for a carbon monoxide recall on my boiler, which they are dealers for. The boiler company paid them, but they wanted to get me to pay them as well even though they were already paid. They also have a subscription, which is ridiculous. You can tell they’re just money grabbing I’m sure a lot of the reviews here think they’re doing great work, but they don’t realize they’re double or triple in their charges. The boiler company paid for an hour of work and it is only about 30 minutes of work maximum and they wanted to charge me $480 on top of what the boiler company was gonna pay…wow! I even pushed back on them saying that this is ridiculous and they refused to call the boiler company to settle something out. They just wanted to do the easy route and charge me And collect the money from the boiler company. All the other boiler companies in the area were not charging me

BradCo has set the bar for the standard of excellence when it comes to professionalism, quality of work, value of the project and customer service. From the start, the techs wear booties coming into my home. They cover the entire work area with rugs/protective cloths so that my home is not impacted by work debris. Daniel explained the pros and cons of different options as it pertained to my water heater. Brandon gave detailed instructions on how to adjust the mixing valve he installed. They also installed an owner supplied RO system that has been amazing to have. My hose bib no longer leaks thanks to them installing a new one. I felt "in the loop" the entire way through and am thankful to have come across their services. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

I called Brad Company because my furnace needed fixing. Since it is in a crawl space it's hard to find companies that will help me. The man arrived right on schedule and indicated that the furnace had to have a new part and some wiring fixed. He then gave me an estimate. He came out the next day with the new part and worked on the furnace for a couple hours. Finally he came inside and told me that he was sorry but he had been unable to fix the furnace. I asked him what the charge for the work he had done so far would be and he said NOTHING. Since he couldn't fix it he wouldn't charge me anything. I didn't think honest companies like this one existed anymore. I would certainly recommend this company for anyone who likes good honest service.

What a great experience! I've had plumbing work done in my house by big companies that were way overpriced and less than forthright on what needed to be done and the price that would be charge. Brad plumbing and heating was fantastic. I decided to use them because of the good reviews here on yelp and because it was a local plumber here in Golden. Dave came on time, was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the work to be done. I asked his opinion about what needed to be done besides the work I called about, and he had good ideas and did the repairs very reasonably. I will definitely be using Brad plumbing and heating in the future.

I'm a new homeowner and literally everything in my house keeps breaking. I've felt like I've been at my wits end. Dave came out and helped me drain my water heater, level it, elevate it and change out the air vent and some of the piping. We also had to order a part from the manufacturer. He came back to install the part at no additional cost! Dave was awesome to talk to and very knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing every step of the process. As a woman it's nice to feel like someone is not trying to take advantage of you. He definitely put me at ease. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Thanks for all your hard work!

I've had boiler issues for the past several years. Two of the "major" companies, both big advertisers, the guys they sent up couldn't fix it. The first charged hundreds of dollars, the second I sent away when it was obvious they didn't know jack. Then I called Brad Company. Dave's wife scheduled him to come up the same day, and two hours later, the problem was solved. An existing part was installed incorrectly. He spotted it, fixed it and now no issues. It's a true pleasure to deal with an honest company and a very knowledgeable professional plumber. They charged a fair price for a good job.

I came home at 4:00 p.m. and noticed that I had a leaking water heater. I called Brad Company and they were out within an hour. Dave was professional and explained things to me about the replacement and removal. He gave me a quote up front and considering it was an emergency and I was leaving town, I went ahead and agreed to the service. The quality was exceptional. I was just a little concerned that because of the timing, I may have been charged a little more. I hope that is not the case. I'm just glad it was all taken care of in a quick and professional manner.

Daniel was able to completely resolve an issue with my 2015 boiler - where three other companies would only suggest a completely new boiler. Daniel researched and brainstormed a completely different way to solve the duct and exterior fan vibration issue. He and his team redesigned the boiler exhaust, and removed the fan entirely - for under $2k. He saved me the pain and expense of a new boiler ($20k+). Daniel is knowledgeable, thorough, and is wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!
