Thank you Spencer and Bowers Plumbing! We have been calling Bowers for years now with any plumbing issues. Spencer came out and hooked up our dishwasher and refrigerator. He was very professional and checked to make sure everything was in good working condition before he left! Thank you!

Excellent service. Prompt. Reasonably priced. Nick did a thorough job fixing my bathroom faucet and installing my new kitchen faucet. When I need plumbing service, I'll hire them again!

Evan was challenged with replacing a outdated and failing system with an all new system in a very small space. He managed to get'r done with minimum amount of gnashing of teeth and a few smiles. Very friendly and professional, Bower's Pluming had a fantastic employee!

We've called on this company three times in the past four years. Once for a new hotwater heater and once to have plumbing moved & installed for a new, walkin shower. These two times Bowers was awesome . Then we had to call due to our washing machine drain overflowing. The Tech came out (we've never seen this guy before) and seemed to ask the same questions over and over. I felt like I was listening to "who's on first". When asked if he brought his camera, he stated he did not, but could run back to the shop to get it, however we would have to pay for his time to do so. We declined. He quickly snaked the line and said he hit roots. Brought the line back up and packed his gear. His parting words were for us to make another appointment for him to bring out the camera. And that was it. Maybe 15 minutes of effort and he was gone. Cost - $193. We called another company the next day and the problem was found and fixed. We won't be calling Bowers again. Very disappointing.

Worst Plumbing experience ever and we were in a new home! They installed the toilets and had to come out and put in a new toilet well when they did so the toilet wasn't put together properly and it caused a leaked in my kitchen! Had to get them out here again to fix that! Now we've only been in this home for two years and were selling and during the inspection report the toilets were loose and they won't come out and fix that either! Stating were out of the 90 days but yet they installed the toilets! Worst company I've ever experienced as a home owner.

2nd time we've used Bowers - first time Chris installed a new water heater (to code), and today Johnny installed a new shower-valve and prepped the drain for a shower pan (we're doing the bathroom re-model ourselves). I didn't trust my soldering, so to get it done right we called Bowers. Talked to "Robert" - and after finding out what we needed done, he said Johnny would be here between 08:00 and 08:30 the next day - he was here at 08:00. Done quickly and well (he even gave me a few tips on soldering, and replacing a closet-flange) - and real personable to-boot. These guys are BUSY - and that's a good thing - and because of that, I'd suggest getting ahead of the job by having needed pieces-parts already on-hand (if you can); prevents a trip to the store if they don't have something on the truck (which looked to be pretty well stocked), and it might save you a buck or two as well. We'll be sticking with Bowers for any future work too...

I was needing a waterline replacement from the entrance inside the crawl space to the street. It required digging a line in the ground to the street.. very involved! Employees, Ebuka and Zach were skilled at the procedure and worked for several hours to complete the job. There was minimal damage to the lawn. They also replaced a leaking outside faucet. Additionally, an inside water turnoff valve was put in my hall closet, I was very appreciative of their knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing and heating needs.

On late Christmas eve 2022 we had a pipe burst in the attic, causing a water fall in our kitchen. We turned the water off thinking we wouldn't be able to get anyone out until after Christmas day. They were able to get us in ther next morning, on Christmas day. Understandablely they had 50 calls on Christmas eve. Found and fixed the bursted pipe in one visit, very happy with the service and the company. We'll be requesting their service again, if/ when needed. They were super friendly all the way.

HIGHLY recommend this company. I used to use a different company who never communicated effectively with me, never showed up when they said they would, and constantly delayed their scheduled service with me. Both times I was severely burned by that company, Bower's sent someone to my house right away, same day, and did a wonderful job with their repairs. I can always count on them when other companies let me down, and now they're going to be the only plumbing company that I use in the future.

I was having pressure issues with the house. I received a quote from Bowers for a pressure regulator. It was a fair price and so I scheduled the work to be done the following week. The regulator was installed in less than 20 minutes and now my house has the right amount of pressure to it. Thank you Bowers!

We had a busted hot water heater that was leaking badly. I called Bowers and they were at our home within 30 minutes. They were very courteous, professional and got everything fixed and cleaned up quickly. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommended using this company.
