The technician, John who came out to help us with under the sink leak did an amazing job. It took him very little time to figure out what was leaking and reassured us that he was going to take care of it. He did. He ran the water several times to make sure the work was well done. He was professional, kind and explained every detail of what he was doing. He is knowledgeable and amazing person.

Once again, the Boulden team did a phenomenal job in my home. This was next day installation completed in less than five hours. They removed my old furnace and replaced it with a high efficiency two stage variable speed furnace. They were neat, polite, friendly, and most importantly, they were Highly skilled and experienced professionals. Great job!

I was having some electrical issues in my new house, so I had Boulden Brothers out to investigate. Dan was incredibly helpful and friendly, happy to explain everything he was doing. He gave me several different estimates and payment options. I had him back out today to do the work and he was just as lovely. He was able to arrive early and had everything done way faster than I anticipated. I’ll definitely be using them again!

I had a perfectly good unit, had maintenance service done by Joe.G at BB and the first Visit went fine, 2nd visit this past August/Sept he came and how convenient after he serviced I had a temp sensor error showing on my thermostat. After a few attempts to locate and find out I noticed our temp sensor was cut, which when Joe.G sent us a picture of our model number unit when I asked for it when he serviced (pic attached) you can clearly see the OAT sensor in the picture , when I checked the unit, the wire to it was clearly cut, perfectly too, so thank you BB & Joe for costing me extra $ on my electric bill and possibly ruining my unit had I not caught on, looking to further this matter !!! Be ware they will make a problem if u have none to make money!

Update 10/2/25 (3 star): We just discovered something that we did not know at the time the work was completed. Part of the job was to connect a vertical drain pipe (used for a water treatment discharge line) into the drain under the laundry tub. That drain goes through our basement concrete slab into an underground pipe that goes out to our septic tank. As it turns out a trap was not installed to seal off septic gases. We only know that now because we had another contractor out to install an air gap for that plumbing and they immediately pointed out that there was no trap. We had them take care of it. But we wanted Boulden to know that it was apparently missed. See pictures. First shows plumbing under laundry tub. Second shows trap subsequently added above sink. Perhaps it was too crowded under the sink for a trap but there was no mention of a trap in any case. Original review (5 star): Your technician did a wonderful job connecting the plumbing for our laundry tub and installing a hose bib. Boulden's pricing seems excessively high. The (up-front) charge was $3,100 for 6 hours of work, and almost all of that must have been labor because very little was needed in materials. We may just be in a very expensive market in northern Delaware. But you can expect from Boulden Brothers high quality workmanship and professionalism. And you can also expect immediate response and availability.
