“Warren picked up immediately. Not an answering service... him. He got a guy out in less than an hour to drain the busted water heater. Showed up the very next morning with a brand new one. Perfectly installed. Great pricing, easy online invoicing and payment.”

“We had a sewer backup on the weekend during a snow storm. Because of the weekend and snow storm, everyone refused to come out until they called Warren at Boss Plumbing and Heating. Warren came out at 5pm on a Sunday in a snow storm and fixed the issue. He was very professional and did an amazing job.”

“Warren was so knowledgeable of our problem and our neighborhood that he was able to diagnose it over the phone! He was also super responsive to our questions. His team was polite about walking through our house (no basement door) and they got all the work done in one day.”
