Service was great! Our tech, Darren, was beyond helpful and was super quick to repair our clogged sink. He was very professional and personable. Still amazed that I was able to have them come the next day. I had called the night prior to schedule, they came the next day, everywhere else that I had called was unavailable for the weekend. So grateful we were able to find Bonney company! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who may need a plumber HVAc or electric. Thank you for finding a resolution to my concerns!

Bonnie did an amazing job!! They discovered my hvac unit leak supplied detailed information as to what the concerns were with kindness and concern! Jon and Brian turned a really scary experience into an easy fix. The empathy they had knowing we would have to take a loan out calmed our nerves. Brian showed us the options we had with the units and loan and his knowledge really helped us make the best decision for our family. Elijah came in the next day with his team and made what was to be a three day repair into a one day repair. This meant we had heat only after one night without! His team and him were courteous and efficient even while I still worked from home and ran a household. They cleaned up and disposed of all the debris and made sure I was informed and ready to use my amazing new unit! I can’t thank you all enough for a job well done! I felt informed and taken care of not just on a professional level but a personal one which is had to come by these days!! What a great team all around absolute flawless execution from beginning to end.

Technician was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly. Absolutely the cleanest work and you could tell he took pride in his work and enjoyed his employer. Added Bob s he was super kind to my father who is elderly.

Bonney heating tune up. $59.00 Started with taking pictures of hot water tank, electrical panel. I told him he wasn’t to touch those and he was here to service the furnace. He said it’s their policy. Took panel off furnace touched and pushed wires around. Suggested a 1300.00 service of cleaning of drums and vents. Wanted to know who made the financial decision. Suggest a 18.95 monthly program. Took a panel piece off and did the same . Meter checked amps, pulled a tube off and blew into it. Took a ton of pictures. Said he replaced filter that we had. He has been parked in front of the house for over 45 minutes since he exited the house. Suggest another item for another 1300.00 Item. I just can’t with this company any more . The furnace is 2 years old. They caught my aunt on her own and over sold her a furnace two years ago. And I was hoping we could get past that and they do a regular service. Bonney Plumbing, Sewer, Electrical, Heating & Air just installed two Tesla chargers at my house, and I have to say; they were amazing! Si and Kim were the technicians, and they were both super professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. The installation looks really clean and well done, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What I really appreciated was how they cleaned up everything when they were finished, it looked better than before they started. It’s not every day you get service like this. I’d definitely recommend Bonney to anyone looking for quality work. And if you can, ask for Si and Kim, they’re awesome!
