I want to thank Bombardier for working me in to replace my toilet. Shout out to George Coffman & Jory Ryne. They did a great job. I would recommend them to my friends & family.
I had Bombardier Plumbing to fix a couple of bathroom sink leaks and to install a toilet. They were prompt knowledgeable and polite. There was an odor in the bathroom. They said to just run the water for a few days from the sink I was not using. It worked & the odor went away. I will use them again.
This was by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and offer way lower prices than anyone else in the area. I have also heard good things about them from neighbors and friends. They seem to leave all of their customers happy.
Normally spot on but $600 over the weekend, told to leave water running to help thaw (not a drip, RUNNING) on Friday. No hot water Monday. Called multiple times and stonewalled by a receptionist. They ignored the heat tape that was ripped off pipes. Messaged Sal on Tuesday he said he forwarded the message to the owner and this is now 2 days later and nothing.
After many calls and voice messages being left we contracted this company to address our issues with our hot water heater pilot light not working properly. We knew it was a fuel issue, not getting enough gas to hot water tank, and we reviewed with them everything we had done including replacing the hot water tank. We also replaced our gas regulator to ensure it was not the problem. When they showed up about 2 hours late (we were their first appointment) they checked several things and told us that the issue was the regulator. They stated that the plunger wouldn’t stay out after they had messed with it. This was never an issue prior to them messing with it and it was a brand new regulator! Since they swore it was the issue we had them replace it and brought the regulator that was just purchased back to be checked. The store owner verified the regulator worked perfectly and that it was not the issue. We have tried, since then, to contact them and even went into their office and have yet to talk to anyone other than the secretary. This has been going on for 2 weeks as of tomorrow. My husband has since fixed the issue we was having by adjusting the pressure coming from our gas well to our house regulator with support provided by our well tender and it turned out to be a free fix, unlike this company that wouldn’t even stand by their overpriced work by talking to us when the issue they claimed to have fixed by replacing something that was brand new and charging us 4x the money to do it resulting in a still unresolved issue. I recommend to NOT use their services because they have no issues with screwing over people and are incredibly unreliable!
