We’ve hired BT for two jobs now and both times were exceptional- fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Easy to communicate with and everyone we dealt with was incredibly warm and friendly. We won’t use any other plumber!

When my sump pump failed at 1:00 AM, I was in full panic mode—water rising and no emergency plumbers available. Thankfully, Bob answered his phone right away and was at our door within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, got everything under control, and truly saved the day. Not only was he incredibly responsive, but he was also professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. In a stressful situation, having someone so reliable made all the difference. I can’t recommend Bob highly enough—if you need a plumber you can count on, especially in an emergency, he’s the one to call. Thank you, Bob!

We’ve had to call Bob two times for emergency services regarding our downstairs pump. He was prompt both times and fixed the issue (both times right after Christmas!!). He was extremely helpful and FaceTimed attempting to troubleshoot the issue before charging for a service call. I truly appreciate that. I should also add both times were on a weekend and after hours, of course. Each time he provided multiple options for us. Fun story: we never received an invoice for our first service and never once did they hound us for a missed payment/unpaid service. We actually had to call him to be billed. There was a mix-up with the names, but he was thankful and appreciative! Bob’s very personable! I do have to detract a star only because our 2nd experience provided very little answers. Due to the lack of invoice from the first call, we did not have a record of what actually transpired so when we had an identical issue a year later, it was concerning. Both times it appeared that a towel-like object wrapped itself around the pump causing a complete blockage and destroying the pump in the process. When asked how this could happen, we were told that someone would need to flush it down the toilet. While we have a toddler, she was barely a year old the first time it happened. There was absolutely no way she could have flushed something, and the 2nd time she still didn’t know how to operate the toilet (she didn’t know how to work the handle). Me nor my husband are in the business of flushing hand towels and wash cloths.. That said, the 2nd time we did not receive notice of the cause until the pump was taken back to the shop and pictures were sent. The pictures looked identical to the first issue, so we were a little shocked and very confused questioning if there was a potential mixup. Due to the nature of the unexplained towel, it was denied as a warranty issue. Womp womp. Regardless, due to the overall efficiency and willingness to help, the good outweighs the bad and Bob is our go-to emergency plumber!

I called Bobs Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon and Ben was here the next day. Fixed my problem with my kitchen being plugged up. Very professional and nice guy. Highly recommend
