My hot water tank was to the point it needed replaced so my landlord called Bobs Plumbing. Tammie and Matt did an amazing job! Great plumbers! Professional, pleasant, efficient, and even the city inspector said he's seen their work before and that they're just very good! AND completely cleaned up everything! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with this company recently. Brenden came and took care of a problem I feared was going to be much bigger than it was, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. He was very courtesy and respectful as well as good at his job. Hey bosses at Bob's, give this good employee a raise!

Horrible Company! Completely unreliable! Talked to them at 2:15pm on a Friday and told them we had an emergency, water was rushing out onto the floor in my home. They said that they would be out shortly after 5:00pm. It’s now 7:00pm and my home is still a mess. My husband & I are in our seventies and really need help. We haven’t even got the courtesy of a call. When I called them back I got an answering service that was rude and told us we would hear back in 15 minutes from Bob’s plumbing. An hour & a half later no one has called. Please do yourself a favor call someone else!

My hot water tank started leaking this last weekend, so I stopped the water to the house and drained the tank. Called Bob's and they have been trying to be very helpful while they're short staffed this week. They sent someone out after hours to disconnect the water lines to the tank so I can at least have cold water in the house. I have an older house that's going to have to need some unusual repair work to fix the issue, so I already know it's going to take a little longer than I'd like, but that's to be expected. Especially since Labor Day is coming up. The plumber who came out offered their suggestions for going electric versus gas (pros and cons) and was willing to work with me to address my concerns before estimating the cost of the overall work. I've emailed them to ask if they can tack on a toilet replacement, too. I give 4/5 stars so far just because we've had some problems with communication, but overall I'd definitely recommend Bob's for any plumbing needs. I'm pretty happy so far. They're knowledgeable, friendly, licensed, and they stand behind their work. I'll review more once the repairs have been completed! Edit: So it’s a couple weeks after they did the installation of my new hot water tank and they did a GREAT job. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. I’m really happy with the work they did and how willing they were to show me the details of the new tank. They showed me how to set it for vacation, how to relight the pilot, and how to turn it off if I need to. They updated my hot water system in this old house. Even my water pressure is better. Weird and awesome.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Brenden, a technician at Bob's Plumbing. He came on a call to fix the seal around my toilet and a very slow , almost obscure leak under my sink. I have had two other companies look at the same issue and tell me replacing the seal would cost as much as getting an entire new toilet. Although I have had this toilet for some time, it wasn't to the point of needing replaced. I sent them in their way. Today , Brenden looked at my issue and said he could absolutly replace the seal. After disassembling the toilet , he advised that there was actually some other part broken as well . He showed me exactly what he was referring to and said he was prepared to take care of that also. He wanted me to know it was going to cost a little a little more and I appreciated him advising of same before beginning the work. He took care of both issues efficiently and very effectively with little to no mess upon his departure. My toilet and sink have been leaky and not usable for months and now , they are back to working perfectly, without a single issue. I used Bob's plumbing for the longest time and then, for no real reason, called a few other places instead. After being so disappointed , I remembered Bob's and called and set this appt. After having the experiences i had with other companies, I won't call anyone but Bobs Plumbing for my plumbing needs and will request Brenden as well. He also had the most pleasant personality , making me laugh the entire visit. Wonderful work one great guy!

Approx. November, 2013 I hired a plumber to change out a bathtub faucet and drain but the plumber did not know what he was doing so I fired him. I then hired Bob's Plumbing. They fixed and completed the job and I was happy with their work at the time. However, in May 2014 I discovered a fitting repaired by Bob's Plumbing had been leaking for over a month. I called Bob's Plumbing and they were nice to fit me in at the end of the day but my complaint/issue is they charged me for the repair. The plumber told be the fitting had a life time warranty (Sharkbite fitting) and it only took about 5 minutes to repair but I was charged a whole hour, the cost of the fitting and shop supplies (which was nothing) to fix something that should not have failed in 7 months. If Bob's Plumbing had fixed it and did not charge me, they would have received a 5 star rating for standing behind their work and not to mention would have had a customer for life. Finding a good repair person is hard to find but finding a good repair person that stands behind their work almost seems impossible in this day and time. So, off to find a good plumber that stands behind their work!!!

It was a Sunday afternoon, and I had a water emergency: One of the outside water faucets would not shut off, the valve was broken. I turned off my water at the meter and searched online. Bob's Plumbing in Norman had the best reviews. Within 3 hours, Lowell arrived and replaced the valve. Because of the location, deep within the walls of my kitchen cabinets, he had to lay on his back for about two hours, trying to get the new valve to line up with the existing copper pipe, which had come loose from its mounting brackets. But he persevered, and got the job done right! Extremely professional, he even gave me a 10% military discount, which I did not have to ask for. He cleaned up everything, and put my cabinets back together. Price charged was extremely reasonable for such emergency work done on short notice. There are MANY plumbers here in Norman, but you will be hard-pressed to find any better than people like Lowell, who work for Bob's Plumbing.

I won't use their service again. I got charged for services that made the situation worse. My family had to live with that problem for over a week until the plumber came back. We were unable to shower that whole week. I was given a quote, ranging from $1000 to $1500, bill came out over $3000. I got charged additional charges every time the plumber had to come back and fix a problem he created. I have a sewage smell in my bathroom now that won't go away, and a crack in the ceiling of my dining room that one of them created when they got up in the attic. Big holes left in the walls behind the cabinets. They were supposed to come and look at the ceiling but haven't and apparently won't. I will have to hire someone to fix the holes in my walls and ceiling now. No one discussed cutting out the gas lines with me, but he offered to put gas lines in at an additional charge after removing them. Feeling let down and taken advantage of.

My family used bob’s plumbing forever, but no more. Recently asked them to try to detect a smell in our house. After spending all afternoon there on a weekend (so extra pay), and knocking a section of our wall out, they found absolutely nothing. Queue USRY plumbing. They immediately went to the toilet and determined it was a seal leak by performing a smoke test, and fixed it the following Monday. They knew within seconds what the problem was, and didn’t waste our whole afternoon, and our money. Bob’s plumbing obviously doesn’t have the manpower USRY does, or the industry knowledge. You would have to pay ME to use this company again. $300 and an afternoon I’ll never get back.

We've used Bob's Plumbing several times this year for various projects and they were excellent every time. We've used several different plumbing companies in Norman over the years and Bob's has been the best. They do a great job, don't overcharge, they're honest, arrive on time, pricing is very fair, and they're pleasant to work with. One thing I like a lot is that the nice lady who answers the phones is actually knowledgeable. She knows to ask important questions about the job and she can answer a lot of questions too. I would (and do) definitely recommend Bob's Plumbing to anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest plumber.

We heard gurgling in our toilet. After 10 attempts with plunger, no avail. Several toilets wouldn't drain. Called Bob's, they were booked up but called me several minutes later and they could send someone over. Jason showed up and fixed our problem. What an amazing, nice man!! He fixed our issue, (Backflow preventer) in an hour and done. I WILL call Bob's plumbing in the future for all our needs. Very, very reasonable price. We just moved here from SoCAl. We have met the nicest people in Norman, OK. Thanks Jason and Bob's Plumbing.

I cannot say enough great things about Tammy from Bob's Plumbing. We have had issue after issue after buying our home three years ago and after trying out three different Norman plumbers, we have finally found an honest, trustworthy company. Tammy was able to find our issue and get it fixed. I will only use this company moving forward. I think Tammy spent a total of 7+ hours at our home over the course of two appointments and the pricing was very reasonable and our issues were completely fixed. So thankful for Bob's Plumbing.

I have used Bobs Plumbing several times, but the most recent, 11/7 thru 11/13/18, was exceptionally difficult due to the way the sewer line was installed at construction. Jason worked very hard to clear my line & had to pull the stool to get thru the main bath line. I decided to install a much better toilet & even with that additional work Jason finished in a very timely manner. AND - the total cost was well below my own estimation! I would recommend Bobs Plumbing to anyone wanting quality service at fair prices!
