We had a great experience with Bob Larson Plumbing, LLC. I had doubts about our 24 year old water heater and was unsure if we should replace it or not. I contacted their Office and the very next day Royce was sent to our home for a free evaluation of the existing unit. Royce listened to our concerns and preformed a thorough evaluation of the unit and crawl space pipes and hardware. His results were explained clearly in a professional and friendly manner. We decided it was time to replace our water heater. Royce guided us through the many options that Bob Larson Plumbing offered, we made our selections and an installation date was scheduled for the following day. Royce accompanied by Brennen arrived promptly. They were very friendly and professional and went right to work. Royce kept us updated throughout the removal and installation process and things moved smoothly until completion. They cleaned as they went and were very respectful of us and our home. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Bob Larson Plumbing, LLC to anyone who requires, or is unsure if they require plumbing service.

Malu arrive and was extremely kind and helpful and immediately jumped in searching out the leak problem. Along the way he shared certain areas which I never thought about which helped me understand how things happen. He is an extremely hard worker and takes extra care with your things and your home. Every search he made he returned all surveyed items back to operational and neat. I was extremely satisfied with his work and very thankful he was our professional technician. Royce was efficient in assessing where the leak was in my hot water tank, gave me the estimate to fix it and made the repair while being courteous and friendly!!! Royce also was able to give me a one-the-spot estimate to install a toilet and sink for a possible powder room update! Gave me the info I needed to budget for my project hopefully in the near future!
