I had another great experience with Bob Larson Plumbing. Benjamin came out and showed me what was going on with my pipes under my house with thorough video. He gave me several options and I decided on a partial repiping. He and Gearge came out the next week and got the whole project done in one day. I am very happy with the service and the results. Nathan was our plumber and he did a great job. He was on time, polite, answered all of my questions, did a skillful job on the damaged pipes and didn't push expensive options on me that weren't necessary. I was very pleased with Bob Larson Plumbing. They were quick to schedule, gave us a fair and detailed estimate and then did what they promised. Excellent work all around.

I really appreciated that the main office sent a bio of the technician coming to my home before the appointment. It made me feel much more comfortable welcoming someone I didn’t know into the house. David explained the work clearly, was thorough, professional, and paid close attention to detail. The other technician, George was also excellent. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend Bob Larson Plumbing.

After having plumbing catastrophe after plumbing catastrophe, I have had Bob Larson Plumbing out on probably 7 occasions in the last 3 weeks. I feel like these guys are family now! They are all top notch, caring, amazing people. They may not be the least expensive company around, but they are worth every penny and more! Nathan has been to my house the last 3 or 4 times, and he is phenomenal. He knows his stuff, works hard, and truly seems to care about going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect when he leaves. The office staff is amazing, and my account manager, Amber, is the best. She makes sure she is there for whatever I need. Great company all the way around!

Huge thanks to Nathan and Jimmy for installing our new tankless water system. They took the time to explain what they were doing at every step of the installation and made sure we understood aftercare and maintenance before they left.
