Replaced my outdoor tankless water heater. On time, responsive, thorough, professional, and very competitively priced. Bob and Austin are among the very best tradespeople I’ve dealt with in the past 25 years we’ve lived in the Birmingham area.
Mr. Grantham and his son, Austin, replaced one outdoor faucet for me and adjusted another. They were punctual, professional and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
I wish I had a 5-star review for Bob and his son. They were great when they came to look at our plumbing situation and we wanted to go ahead with him. I had to ask three times for a written estimate and he said he sent it or will be sending it, however he never did. He also stopped responding to texts, and calls. I would have been happy if he could’ve said sorry, I can’t do your job but don’t leave people hanging out there. We will be choosing a more reputable service.
Bob has worked on several plumbing issues for us. He is very friendly and has gotten the jobs done quickly at a fair price. Will definitely have Bob back when needed.
