Bob Frank Plumbing came highly recommended and I see why. I had an issue with my shower and Ray immediately saw the mistake my previous plumber made. Instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of plumbing, they (Jamie was the other tech) quickly solved the problem and charged me a reasonable service fee. The service and response from the company were superior.

Honest and prompt same day service at half the cost of others I had called for a simple snake job. No b.s. and good work. I have a few rentals as well as my own home and have used Bob Frank for many years without any issues. In fact, when I was forced to use rental agent guys in an emergency, I was very sorry Bob Frank wasn't there to tell me the truth and do a good job at a fair price. Not much to ask, I think, but sure hard to find these days. Update: above from a few years ago. Had a more recent need for a rental, and again, prompt and reliable service, same as always.
