They replaced a water heater, when I called them they came promptly and gave me a very reasonable price for the water heater I wanted. We agreed on a date and they showed up on time and finished within a few hours, everything was clean and professional. They were always nice and responsive to all my questions. The next day he showed up with the WSSC inspector and the installation passed the inspection easily.

BNH was great! It was such a nice and easy experience. We had a leaky valve in our basement and they came over an hour after we called, and fixed the issue. The price was very reasonable and they were very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to others!

My family experienced a medical emergency and had to make significant changes to our downstairs bathroom FAST. Balmor was so empathetic and flexible- he understood the problem and also understood our need to get the project completed as soon as possible. His team managed to fit in time around their other jobs, they worked SO fast, and they kept the workspace and home clean as they went. They were patient with our opinionated dogs 😊 and I was able to work remotely uninterrupted while they were here. The bathroom was completed in time for our loved one to get home and be able to use the room safely and comfortably- and it looks FANTASTIC. Given how fast we needed everything to come together I was expecting a "good enough" obvious retrofit, but the grout is clean, the walls and trim look perfect, the tile is even, the bathroom looks cohesive. We couldn't have asked for a more polished job. Definitely the company to work with if you need fast service done professionally and by truly compassionate people. Balmore to the rescue again! We had water leaking from a recessed light located under an upstairs sink on two occasions - the first was the drain line and the second was a pinhole leak in the old copper supply. Both times, I shot Balmore a text and he came out promptly (next morning) and quickly fixed the issue. His drywall/paint crew came a few days later to patch the ceiling and the work is so good that you could never tell there was ever an issue! All of this for a very fair price. I'd recommend BNH to anybody in our area in a heartbeat and I'll be in touch next time we have an emergency or a project!

2nd time using this company! They are dependable, professional, reasonable and personable! They listen to what you want/ need and include you in on every detail. They have solved problems that we have hade for years that other plumbers really did not fix! It took a couple of hours to locate the leaks but they did not give up and found them. And they then did all the cosmetic repairs to the wall and paint as well as the insulation! It looks better than ever and no more plumbing leaks. I would heartily recommend!

I had a shower head leak. Balmore and company did a great job and went above and beyond in finding a replacement for the old shower head and faucet. They opened the back wall to repair the leak and put a temporary covering for future work if ever. Price is reasonable. I hired Balmore to install five toilets and replace the valves and water pipes under our sinks, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. We called BNH Home Services this morning and the owner Balmore told us he would be here between 3 and 4 today to give an estimate on repairing a leak under our bathroom sink. He repaired my gas pipes and water heater in my condominium last week and it was awesome! He showed up on time and did excellent job with reasonable price! It was hard to find any plumber who responses during weekend, but he worked hard any time when I needed. I would like to hire him agin if I have any problems with plumbing thing in future and truly recommend to everyone in this area.

Every time I have a plumbing need I called BNH and he always respond. Last summer he installed a well tank at my home and did and amazing job, he was quick, the work was quality and price was amazing. I also had a leak and a clogged drain, he responded to both timely and fixed in a matter of minutes. I plan to install a whole house filtration system and he will be doing all the work.

I called Balmore at BNH Home Services to get a quote for installing a new Moen kitchen faucet. His quote was reasonable and lower than some others that I received. He came the next day and competently and efficiently installed the new Moen faucet. I had a problem with my very old hot water heater and contacted BNH. Balmore was very responsive and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to remove my old hot water heater and replace it immediately. I would hire him again for any other plumbing issues I have and will recommend his services to my friends in the Gaithersburg/ Germantown area.
