I called Bluffton Plumbing late in the day and Shannon dispatched Tyler to show up within 45 minutes. Tyler arrived in 15 minutes and replaced a broken (running) outside spigot and unblocked a dribbling bathroom sink faucet within 8 minutes. He was outstanding, polite and hustled throughout the repair. I am thrilled with Tyler and Bluffton Plumbing!
The Bluffton Plumbing Co. team was FANTASTIC! I went into my laundry room yesterday afternoon about 4pm, and found water all over the floor. It was seeping through the wall from our water heater 😳. I called them for help, and not only did they answer right away, their guy was onsite within 20 minutes! He evaluated the situation and gave pricing options to us right then. He answered all of our questions quickly and the pricing was totally reasonable. We opted to go with replacing the unit right away, which was extra, but totally made sense for our situation. They installed the new water heater, cleaned up the area, brought everything to code, and took out the old unit before dinner time. These guys are honest, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. I was really impressed. Thanks for helping us out!
Professional, efficient, and friendly plumbing service. Our Hilton Head neighbors recommended Bluffton Plumbing and no wonder. From the office clerk who answered their phone and scheduled us to Dylan our plumbing technician - excellent service. We needed a new 1/2 hp garbage disposal installed and two outside garden hose bibs replaced. Dylan showed on- time and worked effectively and efficiently to complete all the plumbing work. He kept me informed of the work plan and his progress. Definitely recommend Bluffton Plumbing. Professionals.
Owner got mad when I simply questioned a charge and proceeded scream at me and call me names, insult me and my entire family, and refused to apologize and make things better. They are clearly judgemental and they discriminate, even w/o knowing you. Bad business on that end. Sad, but true.
stay far far away.. one small job is not finished yet after 2 months.. maybe more. not responsive, abrupt service rep. we paid the bill and work is not approved by Town Inspectors. Simple job.. install a Backflow preventer.
