My first experience was with Mike Ashby who came to provide an estimate to install a new water heater. Mike is a people person and advised me what I needed and the cost! Ivan and Jon came the next day to install the water heater. They were both polite and worked diligently in replacing my water heater. Once the work was completed, they cleaned the area and removed the old water heater which I was very happy about. This was a pleasant experience and I will be contacting them if I need them for any plumbing issues. By the way, the services rendered was very affordable in comparison to some of the other companies I contacted!

Ivan, Martin, and Jeremy did a great job fixing our pipeline issue. They were professional, efficient, and explained the problem clearly. Ivan was especially helpful and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend their work.

Martin and Ivan were excellent. The excavators a subcontractor was also great. A minor miscommunication happened but it was quickly addressed with management. I don’t think perfection but how a company reacts says it all you will not be disappointed with blue frog. I would recommend them to my closest family members. They found my leak resolved it and all is clean. Price was reasonable and I’m happy.

This is the drain and pan install that cost thousands but will never ever look clean or tidy because grime and gunk are sealed into it and it’s visible around and through the strainer. The pan will always feel cheap and hollow underfoot because it was NOT installed per manufacturer instructions and method. That the expensive new drain will always look moldy and dirty is an aggravation every time we see it. BIG promises, BIG cost, very shabby shameful work. The people they send out to make promises are NOT the people who actually do the work and nothing carefully discussed gets passed on. Save money and aggravation and USE ANYONE ELSE.

I am 100% convinced the plumber who came out to flush our tankless water heater INTENTIONALLY left us without hot water when we decided not to purchase their annual maintenance agreement. From the moment he left, we have been unable to get anyone from Blue Frog to respond to our numerous calls. If I don't hear from them soon I will call another plumbing company to resolve our hour water issue and dispute the charge to Blue Frog with my credit card company. Do not use this company! They do not stand by their word! After doing my own research, the Rinnai is obviously on. However, the plumber did not turn on the proper gas valves to restore the hot water. All I'm asking for is to restore my hot water the way it was before your company flushed my tankless heater! Owner/Manager/Alan, you asked about my name and I responded. As in all my reviews, I hate the 2-3 hour windows. My window with blue frog was 10-12. Martin called at 9:55, that he is on the way. Prompt courteous guy. He came to have my hot water tank flushed. Before Martin began, he told me all the what ifs…He explained all But fortunately, none of the what ifs happen. The flush was special $99.00 which is great price, but I also see some other plumbers charging that. I also gotten an estimate to replace all the fixture inside the tank toilet. As others pointed out, they are a bit pricey, but he gave me other options, which I thought was quite reasonable. Martin was great, but I decided to postponed the fixture replacements for now. Thank you.

I’ve been a client of Blue Frog Plumbing for a long time, and they have always provided excellent service. Some time ago, they resolved a major water backup issue in my kitchen sink after another plumbing company failed to fix it, despite the money I had already spent. Most recently, Blue Frog Plumbing determined the source of a water leak that caused damage to my bathroom wall. They identified that the leak was coming from the other side of the wall, most likely from my neighbor’s kitchen. Their diagnosis was thorough and professional. I truly trust their expertise and highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing for their knowledge, honesty, and reliability.

David, Jon and Alan did a great job on my outside leak. They explained and showed me all the issues. They started fixing the problems the same day. They finished up the next day. They have exceptional customer service. I wasn’t going to have water over night. They came out last night to check if I wanted them to patch the pipes enough so I could have water. I didn’t ask for that but I really appreciated the offer. I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing for any plumbing needs.

We used this company and had an outstanding experience. I can not say enough good things from the time of booking the appointment thru Yelp or Angie's to the cost of the work and the Tech (Jason) was so knowledgeable, professional and clean. My water heater stopped working and Blue Frog came out on the day I requested. Fortunately, the water heater was still covered under their warranty and was replaced by Martin O and Uriel in less than 2 hours! They arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. The water heater is in my attic so I wasn’t the easiest to remove and replace but they got the job done and did a great job cleaning up afterwards ! Thank you guys🙏🏽

Fantastic experience! From the polite and easy booking of the appointment to excellent experience when a professional nice man showed up to check out the problem. Knowing around the cost he quoted a very fair price to repair. He was efficient and got it fixed quickly. I was so impressed I asked for a quote to have two toilets replaced in my house as their getting old. Again, another great quote!!! They will be my go to plumbers.

Used to think they were fantastic. They recently installed a toilet improperly. Then when it began to wobble sent another person who removed the toilet and refused to put it back as the mounting was rotted and broken. A problem that was there on the original install yet failed to inform me. Then had the gal to try and charge me again for removing and reinstalling a toilet they improperly installed in the first place. 0/10

After I received a text from another plumbing company to cancel the appointment I set the day prior, I contact Bluefrog and within 2 hours Dave was st my door! He was very professional and friendly. Addressed the issue and had repairs done within an hour. Very competitive pricing but I look at value when I make a purchase and I can say I received a great value today! I highly recommend Dave and Bluefrog!

You could have been a company we would have contacted, however, our Neighbor signed a contract never disclosed, to Us, regarding repair work that needed our property to complete. When all said and done we got screwed with our yard! A nice email saying we should have been contacted, by homeowner, to let us know aside from our sprinkler system, that it was our responsibility for damage-yard? Seriously?
