Jason and Shane were wonderful! I called Bluefrog for a quote on a slow draining kitchen sink and a new hot water tank. They were knowledgeable, professional, educated me on several issues that were addressed AND came in at a reasonable price! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!

very not reliable company

After the service provider initially confirmed availability for an emergency response and explicitly stated that they had a certified backflow technician, they accepted the assignment and confirmed their schedule accordingly. Approximately one hour later, we were informed that they could no longer assist, stating that the assigned technician had just called in and advised that he was not certified to perform backflow work. This was a direct contradiction to what was clearly communicated and confirmed during the initial phone call, during which we explicitly stated that a certified backflow technician capable of performing backflow repairs was required. The service provider acknowledged this requirement and confirmed that they could meet it. The subsequent reversal, after emergency scheduling had already been confirmed, reflects a lack of due diligence and internal verification on their part. This last-minute change resulted in unnecessary delays and disruption to the project and is considered unprofessional and unreliable, particularly given the urgency of the request and the clear certification requirements that were communicated in advance. i am very disappointed you could have told me the 1st time i call the lady i spoke with her name is Joyce

Shane and Dave were absolute gentlemen and professional, even had their own slip ons to protect the flooring despite us saying it was alright. They identified the issues quickly, offered several options to help solve the problem along the way of walking us through the process of both what they were doing and what they needed to do. It was a nightmare dealing with plumbing issues, so to have the company contact us ao fast and with reliable service turned a rough week and some change around trying to deal with this ourselves. Sometimes you need professional care; they went above and beyond. It's been a pleasure to work with them. We'll definitely be returning for service in the future as there are some updates and repairs we want to explore. Thank you, Bluefrog.

The management company tied to our home hired Dave and Shane to look at a leak in our Jacuzzi tub which is not part of their job description by any means yet they took time out of their day to come help us out!! FYI plumbers don’t typically do jacuzzi tubs 😂😅 Yet They figured it out! They were patient and professional, even with such lack of experience in this area! Definitely recommend this company!!

We are currently working on a project we called Blue Frog plumbing in to fix the busted water lines. They did a great job in a timely manner. Shane was very polite with the customer and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

I reached out to get a new water heater and an appropriate quote was given. The heater was promptly installed. Very pleased with the entire process. Will be using them again for my plumping needs.

I had an emergency with the sewage in my basement during a snowstorm not only did Shane came out in the 7 inches of snow he fixed my problem. Thank you Shane again I appreciate you !!
