I wash shocked by the price, but that seems to be the cost of doing business these days. On the other hand they got here within 2 hrs and only took 50 mins, for that I am very pleased. Jessica

Unfortunately, the place I rent has needed a lot of plumbing repairs the last couple months, but these Blue Plumbing was wonderful. Susie was quick to get us scheduled, and Robert did great work!

This is an excellent business! They helped us with a part we were having trouble finding. They were extremely affordable, kind, easy to work with, communicated well and went above and beyond to help us. Very grateful to them!

Our garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet needed fixing. They did replace the disposal and it was known what the cost was around 300 for install and new disposal, but then the faucet could not be repaired so they had one on the truck that turned out to be awful. Total cost of the repair and new faucet install with garbage disposal $700.00!!! Lasted four months and the handle fell off. Not good, called to complain about the cost and they did not care at all. Too bad they said!

My fiancé called this company on Sunday to be told that she needed to hire a leak detection company to verify where the leak was. After digging for a few hours and getting very close to the leak, the leak detector showed up the next day (Monday) and verified we were right on top of it. It should've been another 18 inches or so down. He charged us $300. So we called Blue back and we were happy to hear that they were sending someone out that afternoon. He showed up, dug about 12 inches in less than an hour, told us the leak wasn't there, charged us $200, and told us we needed to get the leak detector back out to find the leak. So we called them back and they were happy to come back out the next day (Tuesday) for no further charges to verify the leak was where they said it was. After confirming that I called Blue back and they didn't like my attitude and told me to use somebody else's services. $500 dollars to 2 companies and I still only have a hole in the ground I dug myself, right above where I already knew the leak was coming from. Save yourself time and money by going anywhere else with your business.

I called and explained exactly what needed to be done in the shower tub area and was quoted a good price on the phone. However when Brad arrived, the price almost doubled. He explained that he "misunderstood" what needed to be done. My advice, get a written estimate. I did leave Brad the owner a message to discuss after the fact, and no return phone call. I also emailed him as well. Therefore, I did attempt to provide advanced notice prior to posting this review. Had other's not been intimidated by his legal jargon, and posted, I would have been forewarned. Be very aware of the full page disclaimer regarding reviews of this company. This company is very unprofessional. We live out of town and need a plumber so our tenant found this company on Home Advisor. We opted to have them out to do the work and were given an initial estimate. We were not contacted again or advised that the actual cost was double the estimate. Called Blue and reached owner's wife, who stated the tenant already paid them. The tenant was not given the authority to as the as an agent, nor should she have been the one to pay the invoice. We were told, "too bad, take it up with your tenant". Not even sure that that is supposed to be handled that way. Company owner used profanity and insulted customer(calling me a rude lady-via phone conversation, also saying he had worked for three hours, but was really there for maybe an hour and a half and acted like he did us some huge favor kept saying"you're welcome" over and over like some sort of ridiculous insult. He also stated that the granite contractor, who had done the countertop work, made a huge mess of things, but would not elaborate, Have yet to receive the work invoice, even though they promised to email it 10/27. Basically said he was paid and too bad, he didn't care. Not sure why Home Advisor would have them as part of their listing. Would never recommend this company.

I initially had an issue with an outdoor frost‑free sillcock installation that didn’t come out the way I expected. When I contacted Blue Plumbing about it, they responded quickly and took my concerns seriously. They immediately arranged for a different technician, Robert, to come out and evaluate the situation. Robert was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained what needed to be corrected and made sure the repair was done properly. The faucet is now flush with the house, firmly secured, and looks like a finished, quality installation. I’m giving Blue Plumbing 5 stars because of their commitment to making things right. Their follow‑through, responsiveness, and willingness to send a skilled technician to correct the issue showed they truly stand behind their work. I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the problem to my satisfaction.

Our tubs and toilets backed up this Saturday morning causing water to spill onto the floor and preventing us from doing Laundry or using the water for any other reason. I tried contacting several local plumbers and just got their answering machine and a promise to return my call the next business day ... which was two days from now. That wouldn't work for us since we had family in town, so we tried calling another plumber - Blue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. My call was picked up by a live person on the first ring and Brad the plumber showed up in uniform and a marked service van, within a few hours to uncloak our drain. I received a call Friday to tell me there would be someone at my house between 12-2 on Saturday. I asked for hourly costs, and she said they charge by the job. I was running late on Saturday and called to tell them I would be home at 12:15. When I told him the pilot light on my water heater wouldn't come on, he said it would be $225 plus parts. That seemed quite expensive, especially since he hadn't actually seen the water heater, I got a call at 1:40 from the same guy who told me they were too busy to come and suggested I find someone else. When a vender doesn't show up and tells you to look for someone else, that tells me the job is not big enough for them to make the effort.

Horrible customer service. I fully described the scope of work before they began, and upon arriving, they more than doubled their price. Because I had a tile person starting the next day, it was too late for me to find another plumber, so I was forced to use them. They took almost 5 hours to complete the job. I had RED plumbing complete my main bath, and they only charged 95 per valve as apposed to more than twice for Blue Plumbing, Also look at the bottom of their invoice, they have a two page legal jargon that says they can sue you if you leave them a bad review. That in itself should be a red flag.

My garbage disposal stopped working, was making a weird noise and the blades weren't turning. I emailed my home warranty company on a Saturday night (late) and they referred me to Blue Plumbing. The warranty company scheduled my appointment for Tuesday, but Blue Plumbing called me Monday morning and asked if they could come on Monday instead and that was okay with me. CJ called before coming. He was on time, and very nice and professional. He knows his stuff. My disposal was just clogged, he fixed it and that was that. Thank you Blue Plumbing! I highly recommend!

Great professional service! He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it right. Came to the house the same morning I called. I couldn't be happier with them - definitely will use this service again. This company worked with 2-10 Home Warranty to get our job done and believe me, working with 2-10 is one of the most frustrating and time consuming things anyone can do. Working with them added a good hour on the phone to the plumber's job and he never complained or anything.

Very sad day...don't like doing this... Feel totally taken advantage of regarding our plumbing "repair".....we called because we were hoping after the service we would have been left satisfied, and our plumbing too, but instead we were left with a bill, and a job incomplete, with yet another potential soaking to make the repairs. We were the last job of the day, and it showed. How do to you have recourse when payment must be collected at the service call.

Trying to find a plumber in this town that can come out on the same day and not charge you an emergency service is almost impossible, but I found Blue Plumbing! They were pleasant and great on the phone, CJ the tech called me before he came over, showed up on time, unplugged the sewer root problem and was professional and pleasant to chat with. I put the magnet on the refrigerator so I can use them again in the future. Highly recommend these folks!
