Excellent value, extremely thorough maintenance, knowledgeable and friendly service. I couldn't be happier with my experience. It feels great going into winter knowing our mini-split system is in top shape and ready for whatever nature throws at us. :)

Jared did a great job with maintenance of the heating system & checking and helping me with the thermostat and filters. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks, Blue Mountain for the scheduling and follow up. Really appreciate it.

Scott and Wayne came to my property on a service call for my water heater and storage tank. Both were very professional and took the time to explain the issue at hand, and multiple avenues to rectify. I would recommend their service to anyone in the area.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR TIME OR YOUR HOME. Their lack of expertise and inefficient/unethical business practices combined make Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling an untrustworthy company. We bought a house with a Bosch tankless hot water heater and after about two years we started to only get hot water intermittently. We made an appointment with Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and the technician they dispatched took one look at our system and said he knew nothing about it and we would have to schedule for a different time with a different technician. When I asked if we would still be charged with a dispatch fee, he said "no, that wouldn't be right." Still, we received an invoice a few weeks later and had to plead our case with customer service so that we wouldn't be charged. When we finally got a chance to schedule with a different technician based on our schedules, I called to confirm that a different person would be dispatched--someone who had expertise in Bosch tankless hot water heaters--they assured me that a different technician would be dispatched. On the day of this new appointment, we were given an arrival window of 9am to 1pm. We did not receive any updates about arrival, so at 2:07 I finally called to asked what was going on. They assured me that someone would be there soon. At 2:55, THE SAME DISPATCHER from our first appointment arrived. He told my husband the same thing--that he didn't know anything about the system--but then tried to contact Bosch customer service to see if he could figure anything out. He wasn't able to get any answers, but suggested that we might need descaling (over $400). He said we should schedule again with a different technician who might know more. He charged a $110 down payment on the descaling and we scheduled for a different day. Less than 24 hours before our next appointment, Blue Mountain Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling called to reschedule our appointment because they said another customer was put in front of us because of an emergency. At first I accepted this, but after reflecting on the ongoing poor customer service and lack of expertise, I decided to cancel. When I called to cancel and request a refund for the down payment, they said that we would be charged a cancellation fee since it was within 24 hours. I expressed that it didn't seem right that they could cancel on us within 24 hours without consequence but when we lost trust in them to deliver the services they claimed they could deliver we were charged. I was told that someone else would call me to discuss it. When I got the call back, this person then explained that there were additional charges we would have to pay due to the cancellation. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was given a generic email address. I sent a detailed account of the situation and never got a reply. We ended up calling another plumber who was able to hit a few buttons on our unit to reprogram it and fix the issue for only a $99 dispatch fee. He also explained that descaling our particular unit would probably have caused damage to it. We're so thankful that we sensed that Blue Mountain,Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling was untrustworthy before they could actually do damage to our home!

First of all, the technicians are great, so it’s unfortunate you need to work with Blue Mountain to get access to the technicians. Our AC went out the end of July and was not fixed until mid August. The first time I called, I was told the technician was on his way. I waited for an hour and called back and was told no one was available. The following day the technician came and told us it was a bad fan. We needed to sign a contract and pay 500 to get them to order the part. After a week, no word from Blue Mountain. I called and was told they would follow up to see when the part would be coming in, but heard nothing. I reached out again and they said the part was scheduled to be delivered so we scheduled an appointment for installation. On that day I was contacted and told the part did not arrive. They did not seem to know where it was. They finally found it and we scheduled another appointment. This time they said the motor was damaged and could not be installed. They scheduled a reorder and this time the fan arrived with a missing piece. The technician was able to figure it out and got the AC back up and working after 3 weeks during the hottest part of summer. There was definitely no urgency on Blue Mountain’s part to help us even though we had a contract with them. This is a poorly run business with trustworthy technicians.
