Had a pipe burst and gave Blue Moon Plumbing a call for an inspection & quote. Gareth and his team were very quick to respond and dispatch, even during the freeze / icy roads. Gareth quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several solutions w/ different pricing, and Gareth & his team completed the work swiftly. Would recommend Blue Moon Plumbing and will definitely call them for future plumbing issues / installs!

Top notch service at very reasonable prices!!! Also fast, professional, and the highest quality work and service you could ask for. All of this is extremely hard to find these days. I woke up yesterday and had to take a cold shower. After noticing my water heater pilot was out and would not stay lit as I attempted to relight I knew it was time to get a professional to look at my out of warranty water heater. So I Googled and saw Blue Moon was near by and had a perfect 5 stars out of 108 google reviews so I checked the reviews. They were all glowing and spoke of fast, high quality, and well priced service so I figured time to call them up. I called up and 1) they answered, 2) Garreth was super easy to deal with on the phone and over texts, 3) he asked for a picture of the sticker on the water heater so he could look up and confirm the warranty and sizing, etc. 4) he had completely down to earth recommendations and quotes for both repair or replacement texted to me within 10 min of hanging up. I called back at around 11am and he said they could be there after noon or I could schedule for later so scheduled 9am today. I also told him I wanted to get ALL my sink and toilet wall water cuttoff valves replaced as they were old and one would almost fail to shut off water and leaked water big time when I needed to replace the guts of my main toilet tank myself a few years ago. He had no problem adding this work to the list. He and Robby showed up on time wearing shoe covers and got right to work! They had the work almost completed in about 4 hours!... but we ran into a problem where the old kitchen faucet was leaking and was all basically one part with the hoses and after working on it for a while it came down to needing to be replaced to stop a tiny leak that was happening after the valve change. So for NO CHARGE Garreth replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one that was comparable but better being newer and being able to be worked on in the future since it wasn't all one part!!! The best part of the sink faucet replacement was the reasoning. Garreth said "We will replace it no charge. There is no telling if it's old and worn out or if we may have tweaked something while working so we will just replace it for no cost". WOW! I firmly believe they did not break anything due to this being a no-name brand of faucet likely ordered off Amazon and installed before I bought the house. This interaction shows the quality of service and the integrity of this man and this company's work!!! Finally, there were no attempts at up sales, or extra services and work added on. It was straight forward and done the way things should be done. I have found my plumber for life and highly recommend Blue Moon to anyone who needs top notch service, work done right, and done fast. Oh and it's also fun to hear his British accent which may seem odd to encounter at first, being here in TX but he is an old school reliable Texan at heart. Especially hearing him hum George Strait songs to himself while he is working and thinking no one is paying attention :D

Gareth was recommended to me by a dear friend who is a very shrewd business woman. Gareth was communicative, prompt, open to working on a solution to our problem, honest about what needed to be done, and completed the job cheerfully and with utmost efficiency. We had a leaky bathtub faucet that we had attempted to DIY, but ran into a snag. He quickly worked out his schedule to come help us, which was a huge relief because we would not have been able to turn our water back on with the job being in progress. He was done in a flash, and we had running water within a half hour. Based on our experience today, I plan to use Gareth for any plumbing needs in the future.

Blue Moon Plumbing was great! Had a water leak that a different plumber said was in my main water line and quoted very high to repair. Called Blue Moon for a second opinion and he located the leak, discovered it was apart of the irrigation system, and recommended an irrigation company that could fix the issue for less than himself. Even better, Blue Moon didn’t charge me for anything. After this great experience I had Blue Moon come out to replace my water heater. He showed up on time, was very communicative, and did an amazing job. I am very pleased with both interactions I have had with Blue Moon Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs.

Gareth is not only a fantastic plumber, but he's also a great person! A year ago, he instructed us over the phone on how to fix our problem, saving us a visit and a lot of money. We remembered his honesty and called on him again last week when our shower wouldn't turn off. He knew exactly what the issue was, came out the same day to fix it up better than before, and charged a reasonable price! He and his apprentice were also very tidy about their work. He helped us with a big remodel, we re-ran all the lines drain lines, new water supply lines, replaced a water heater and added a laundry room drain with connections.
