He gave me an affordable price over the phone, came the very next day and installed and took the old water heater out. I could not ask for better service. (Contacted other plumbing companies and they were upcharging me a fortune).”

“My tankless water heater suddenly stopped working and he spent an hour with me walking me through troubleshooting the problem! Once we identified the issue, he taught me how to fix the problem myself- I feel confident enough that I am going to order the part and repair my own tankless water heater!! This was all at no charge. Who does that?? Apparently Paul Bliss does that.”

He did not even charge a fee. I will absolutely use Bliss for any future repair needs we have. It is wonderful to have a professional that explains issues and that you know you can trust.”
“Paul was a lifesaver!! We had our water heater break and gave Paul a call. He was able to come out and install a new one the next day! Paul is super knowledgeable and very professional at what he does and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. I would highly recommend!!”
