Contacted multiple plumbers for a heater replacement/installation, Paul was without doubt the best. He gave me an affordable price over the phone, came the very next day and installed and took the old water heater out. I could not ask for better service. (Contacted other plumbing companies and they were upcharging me a fortune). He was also very willing to explain the entire system to me, 5 stars easy.

Paul came out to check on our boiler. It had shut off. He explained to me that it basically needed to be reset. He also explained how it functions and recommended a part to have in hand. He did not even charge a fee. I will absolutely use Bliss for any future repair needs we have. It is wonderful to have a professional that explains issues and that you know you can trust.

Wow. I already thought highly of Paul from previous visits to my house to work on plumbing. I already trust him and I have for over 8 years. Today, though, he went even further above and beyond. My tankless water heater suddenly stopped working and he spent an hour with me walking me through troubleshooting the problem! Once we identified the issue, he taught me how to fix the problem myself- I feel confident enough that I am going to order the part and repair my own tankless water heater!! This was all at no charge. Who does that?? Apparently Paul Bliss does that. I am so grateful!!!
