I had a great experience with my HVAC technician. He was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to talk to from the moment he arrived. He quickly serviced my furnace and clearly explained what was going on in a way that made sense. What really stood out was how efficient and knowledgeable he was — he got everything taken care of promptly without cutting corners. It’s obvious he knows his trade well and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work done!
Mr. Waugh was very competent because he knew right away what was wrong with the electronic air cleaner. He ordered a new one and installed it very successfully in a couple of hours. The difficulty was in removing the 16-year-old previous mounting box because the new components did not fit in the old box. The mounting screws were far inside the mounting box and extremely difficult to reach. We thank him for his patience and competency and certainly rate him the highest 5 star. And he didn't complain when I offered to help.

Chris and Garret arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and took the time to explain each step of the installation as they worked. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they worked efficiently, kept the workspace spotless, and ensured the system was installed perfectly before leaving. They also walked us through all the new furnace features, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt completely confident with the system’s operation. Our home is already noticeably more comfortable and energy‑efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The whole team at blind and sons is incredible. Had my first appointment with Mark who quoted me for my new water heater. He was also to look at my pump for our boiler as it also went out. We had determined to replace the whole unit rather than piece it together and possibly make more issues as the whole boiler was 50+ years old. Then Kevin in sales came out last Wednesday to inspect and quote pricing. He was quick to get me in a tight schedule window. Then today 11/11 Karl and Jared came to install my new equipment. They were quick, kind, efficient and made the whole experience even better. They went through explaining all shut off and their warranties thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with choosing blind and sons for this project. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Karl and Jared for all your hard work!
Kevin D came in and got right to the issue. Very personable, friendly, courteous and respectful for my home and of me. I also learned a little more of what causes the issue, and how to avoid it as well. I also learned more about the furnace itself. It will eventually have to be replaced, so with that knowledge, I can plan for that eventual expense in advance. Not only will I call Blind and Sons for just a furnace check, but I will see if I can also have the same technician return. I am a repeat customer though and have never had any issue with setting the appointment or with the service of any of the technicians over the past five years or more. I recommend them highly.
