I called over five different companies and not one returned my call-even after asking me to text them my information. Not only did Black Ops answer my call but they gave me an appointment the very next day. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I’m so happy with my new kitchen faucet! Black Ops Plumbing will definitely be my go-to for any future projects.
Anthony at BlackOps was amazing to work with... he remedied my ancient, leaky pipe problem in a jiffy and was very reasonably priced! I would 100% call him again for any other plumbing issues in my house. Its refreshing when people are easy to work with and you feel like the transaction is win-win. Thank you Anthony!
Roger and Anthony came out to fix my leaking shower/tub and replaced all my hardware . They did a free estimate and did the work for a fair price that was in my budget. They were quick snd cleaned up after themselves- you couldn’t even tell anyone had been in there. Both of them were very friendly. I would definitely call them snd recommend them to anyone.
I forgot to thank Roger and Anthony! They were the best!!! Don't waste time calling any other company. Quick to respond. They knew exactly what parts were needed. Sending pictures to them would allow them a much better understanding of the needed repairs. If you are looking for an honest company, Black Ops is the one!! I had water leaks in two bathrooms: in the stand alone shower and in the tub/ shower. Both water cartridges were replaced in a very timely manner. And, I also had them replace other miscellaneous items. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I had Black Ops out to my home to update the plumbing fixtures in our guest bath. Pricing was very reasonable and they were thorough with their work. Our sink was leaking afterwards and they came out immediately to take a look. I have since inquired about other projects and have been very pleased with their quick responses and willingness to help. As an interior designer, I appreciate someone who is good at their craft and will recommend them to all my clients.
