I am in the process of selling my house and I employed Binsky Home Services to address a water intrusion issue in the dining room and other issues. Connor S. represented Binsky and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Eric was great! We have been using Binsky Home Service for a while now and have never been disappointed. Our first time was last summer when our air conditioning stopped working during the heatwave. I called them at 5:30 in the morning and someone answered the phone. Dan came out around 9:30 and resolved the issue. When Eric came out it was just to check the furnace to make sure that everything was as it should be. He did notice a vent pipe going into the chimney that wasn't properly sealed and was able to fix that as well.

He arrived promptly and, within minutes of his inspection, accurately identified the problem. His diagnostic skills and efficiency were impressive, particularly given the urgent nature of the call. Eric came to service our HVAC which stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. He was at our home within two hours of our distress call. Eric was extremely through and diligent taking the necessary time to figure out the cause of our HVAC’s malfunction and was able to see some structural issues with the system that will need to be addressed to insure we don’t have this issue again. He was extremely professional and personable. I have been working with Binsky for two years and I have always had excellent experiences with their technicians.

Caroline arrived on time, was professional and respectful of property and thorough in her inspection and assessment of what the scope of work would include. She took time to explain our options and made sure that we made an informed decision. Customer Service is quick respond to all calls. Techs are skilled and did an excellent job.
