Jason and JP we great. They responded quickly to the emergency call and had my repair completed in about 3 hours. They were very professional. They explained my options and were very respectful of my home and my time. Billy Bell Plumbing also suggested a restoration company to help with drying out the area.
nick & nick were SO GREAT. Very professional, I trust them with my kids home, they didn’t let my cat get out side, they fixed more issues than I even asked them to fix. Such a great experience. I called one day and they were here the next. Couldn’t believe the amazing experience I had today. New pretty faucet, etc
We had an excellent experience with Luis and Josh. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain not only the issue they came out for, but also what another problem in our home could possibly be caused by. Their honesty and willingness to educate us instead of just pushing unnecessary repairs really stood out. They arrived quickly, were respectful of our home, and made the entire process feel stress-free. It was refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cared about helping us instead of trying to take advantage of the situation just to make money. We truly appreciated their integrity, transparency, and fast service. Highly recommend Luis and Josh to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable help!
I will say I am extremely disappointed in this company that took advantage and my son a first time homeowner and 22 years old. Charged him $4000 for a new well pump and wanted to charge him an additional $3000 for a new bladder tank! Just FYI he bought and put the bladder in himself for $200. I understand after hours calls but that much over what others charge is more than after hoses call pricing! He called the company I recommended yesterday and would have told him to call first if I didn’t work nights. and was asleep. They would have charged him $1200! Bell should do the right thing and give him some money back! That is absolutely overcharging and taking advantage of a young person! Make it right Bell and I will personally make a new post raving about your company and how they did the right thing!
We had a leak with our plumbing/water heater. Jason and Jesse were able to get us back in business in no time! We were so thankful —especially with having a little one. Thanks so much! We would highly recommend to others.
