Rolando was so sweet and amazing, and came to access the situation quickly. He was very understanding and helpful. He gave us tips on how to prevent any future cloggings as well! He was fast but the quality was amazing.

Rolando and team showed up on time and were easy and pleasant to communicate with. They took care of my issue immediately. I am very happy with the service.

I called around 6pm to set up an appt for a quote. Rolando was able to come within minutes (just so happened to be nearby), gave me a quote and immediately started work. Kitchen sink faucet replacement so I can attach my portable dishwasher. Rolando was professional, skillful, and stayed through the end to make sure my dishwasher was functioning properly. It took about an hour to finish the job, and Rolando was friendly too. Would recommend and use this company again!

We had water leaking into our half-basement from under a wall, within a few minutes Rolando had found where it was coming from, told us what we could and couldn't use, and even helped us clean up after a test sent more water into our house. Within two days he and his brother Juan had dug a big hole and found a pipe clogged at a sharp angle that had back-flowed into a disused drain line that had been obsoleted during an ancient remodel. They fixed the pipe, capped off the disused line, and even reset our sump pump, which they discovered had been turned off inadvertently. Payment was a total breeze. And Rolando did it all with a big smile on his face, as advertised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A few months ago, I moved into an apartment in an old building. Though it is very spacious and airy—along with the charms of this older unit, came a sleuth of plumbing issues 😅 Cue Rolando from Big Smile Plumbing to the rescue! I’ve worked with him about 3-4x now, and each time Rolando was not only professional, but he was also friendly and a pleasure to work with! He even helped expedite a repair for an unknown sewage problem that we discovered when he was working on a completely different repair (roof leak). Rolando lives up to the company name and always delivers great service with a big smile 😊 Definitely recommend his services to everyone in need of a plumbing hero!

Rolando communicated quickly on a Saturday with us to schedule for first thing Monday. In the meantime, we were able to install our water heater ourselves but needed help w a valve and getting the pilot started. He came in the scheduled window, checked our work and showed us how to do the pilot ourselves for the future. He installed the shutoff valve we asked for, all quickly and with good communication up front about costs. I wish it had been less money, but it was similar in price to others and we had an excellent experience! Rolando said he has electricians on staff, too, so we will definitely call Big Smile for both plumbing and electrical in the future!

Great pricing, quality install and easy service! I was in a tight bind when my 20+ year water heater broke Thanksgiving week. After four different plumbing inspections, I chose Big Smile, while each plumber suggested similar plans, Rolando’s quote was reasonable - lower mark up and addressed truly necessary needs. Rolando and his team were quick, diligent and communicative - easy and patient with follow up and questions. Inspection was thorough with practical suggestions and keeping coding needs in mind. I needed a new water heater and Rolando able to install, brace and replace needed piping in a few hours. Highly recommend!

Rolando was such an amazing worker. He is so nice and so understanding and knowledgeable. He explained everything into detail with a smile on his face even though he had just came out of the crawl space with dirty hands and hair and always answered all my questions and concerns. He assured me that the work will get done properly. During the repair, one of the pipes broke and he did not charge me extra for the replacement. When I told him that I did not have the budget to upgrade certain things he helped me stay within my budget. I would highly recommend Rolando and his team for furure plumbing repairs. Pretty happy with the service I got from Rolando. He responds to messages quickly and communicates well, so it was a breeze to get him in quickly and have him get started on everything he needed to do. Had him install several items and re-plumb under my kitchen sink with a waste drain that's higher than it should be, and he got everything running smoothly. He also kept my house clean in the area he was working in, put down tarp and brought shoe covers, which not every plumber is conscientious enough to do. Will definitely have him back for future jobs.

Big Smile did a great job replacing our sewer lateral. Their communication was prompt and clear, Rolando had great attention to detail on the site and did a neat and clean job, always explaining things fully (and as advertised, with a big smile!). Ricardo at the office also communicated well via email. Their price was significantly lower than three other bids I got. All of this was a relief after a previous experience hiring another plumber for the sewer lateral inspection where the coordination and follow-through were poor.

I feel very lucky that when I had a plumbing emergency I called Big Smile Plumbing. Rolando was prompt, polite, professional and very thorough. Our building is old and he had to crawl into a tight space to determine and fix our problem. He walked me through what needed to be done and ensured I had the documentation necessary for my HOA to cover the costs. His prices are also very fair. I will absolutely call Big Smile Plumbing anytime I need plumbing work done.

Rolando is the best plumber for real. He’s so friendly and helpful! I thought my shower drain was clogged, and he came over and fixed the issue immediately. It took him literally a minute to fix my issue, and because of that, he didn’t even charge me for his time! I’m definitely going to call him back next time I have a real issue! The least I can do is write a kind review because he deserves all the plumbing business. Hire him!

Ronaldo has come to fix plumbing issues in my apt multiple times and is absolutely wonderful. He always communicates when he is on his way, arrives promptly, and truly greets me with a big smile. Our front load washer pushed water out faster than the drain capability so drain was enlarged but also reconfigured to avoid backup into bathroom sink. So happy to have found Rolando of BigSmile Plumbing and have this work done. His knowledge and plumbing experience made him a pleasure to work with. Next time I won’t wait so long to give him a call.
