I can't recommend Joe and his team enough! They went above and beyond during a very stressful time for me. I called Joe because I had a leak, and he showed up at 11 o'clock at night to help. His team was incredibly thorough, precise, and knowledgeable. We had a slow leak that was hard to pinpoint, but they took their time to find it and fix it without requiring any upfront payment. They even went as far as calling me to follow up after, to make sure everything is running properly. Their dedication and expertise truly made a difference. Chased him around for 3 days to give me an estimate to find it he wanted almost $2,500 to install a toilet and sink.

Horrible service

Oh no he has no business license tried the CSLB and there's no record of him Experience started off well Joe hooked me up with the payment plan to help me install a new water heater. The bad experience started when I went to adjust my water heater today and noticed that brand new subfloor was soaking wet in drip pan was overflowing and had been overflowing for a very long time found out that there was a loose fitting that was installed by Joe that had been dripping for a very long time oxidation rust you name it and I remind you it was a full installation. water heater is behind a closed door in a water heater closet. I never go in there. The bottom of my water tank is rusted out. The line is rusted where the drip has been coming from and all he told me today was that it's not his problem I spent $1500 with him on this brand new water heater and installation from a small drip on new fittings that he installed valves, etc. my floor and water heater are ruined but it's not his problem. I guess thanks.

Had a small leak in a hidden closet that I never realized after paying $1500 for a water heater installation went to adjust my water heater today and found out there has been a leak that has been leaking for a long time since Joe installed the heater Water tank has been leaking for over a year has rusted out my brand new water heater ruined my subfloor mold water damage in a heater room that I never go in. It’s been leaking a long time and he says there’s nothing he can do and it’s not his problem. Try to pull up a business license he has none. so now I’m in a fight trying to find the CSLB so I can file a complaint. He has no contractors license that is current sent pictures of all the damage to Joe I had a full installation done with the Joe and he will take no responsibility for his Shawty craftsmanship which has ruined my floor ruined my brand new water heater, and I cannot find his California license anywhere thanks, Joe

Easton-Caruthers Youth Baseball & Softball is a non profit youth sports program located in rural county area. We solely operate off donations and continuous support from the community. Two days before our opening season tournament, we ran into a problem with the plumbing in our snackbar. After multiple attempts to unclog it ourselves, we were unsuccessful. We posted a cry for help on our Facebook page and Joe Reyes answered. Not only did you come out within 24 hours after our cry for help, he made it clear he wouldn't leave until the issue was resolved. Our toilets flooded, complete clog where it was coming out of every drain in the house. It was awful. My husband worked all day on it finally called Joe at 9pm on a weeknight not having a toilet or water since the night before. He was amazing!!! He came over within the hour was very reasonably priced especially for a late night call. He then proceeded to explain to my husband why we have this issue for years and told him how to fix it. That in itself was worth so much. Then 5 minutes of work and boom unclogged after hours of us trying and renting the large snake at Home Depot. So very grateful. Will be calling him again and referring him to everyone we know!

Ive utilized Big Joe's Plumbing for various plumbing issues around my home and I am highly impressed and pleased with the services Ive received each time. Joe and his staff go above and beyond to provide high quality plumbing services to their clients. I also appreciate that Joe is very thorough with the plumbing process hes completing. He explained and educated me along every step of the plumbing processes he completed. This company is wonderful and I cant thank them enough for their services! Way better than the larger plumbing companies in the area. Definitely will remain a loyal customer to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So we have this manhole in our front yard that connects to the sewer, and we noticed wastewater started to come out of it smelling nasty as heck!!! In three days we noticed if we used water in the house, the bathtubs and toilets would start to bring up the wastewater inside the house and outside!!! So, a friend recommended big joe! He came in 10 MINUTES!!!! Only charged us $125 (amazing, someone else was gonna charge $800 wtf??!!) and he fixed it quick. Some tree roots were clogging the pipe!!! Very friendly and practiced safety protocols because of covid as well (ex.wearing masks, gloves, etc.)

Joe came to my home last Sunday evening to fix a plumbing problem that i caused by trying to install myself a 1/4" water shut off valve to my swamp cooler. Joe was prompt, polite and very professional in doing the job for me without too much trouble. He showed me what i did wrong and fixed the problem himself. He saved me from having water running outside my house overnight, and the charge was very modest. I would highly recommend Big Joe's Plumbing without hesitation.
