After having a different company come out and price gouge me and calling around I couldn’t find anybody to help me with my clogged line, I was parked at a gas station and saw BIG BLADE truck drive by so I got out my phone and called, I was greeted on the phone by Denise who was extremely polite and professional, with no high pressure in setting the appointment. The price was extremely fair and affordable so we went ahead and booked an appointment, Hershel and Dylan arrived promptly like within 30-40 minutes of us calling and setting the appointment, they got here and did exactly what they said they were going to without pressuring me into getting other services they executed the repair so fast and explained to me about my 30 day warranty and potential risks to look out for in the future! We've used Big Blade to clear our sewer line for years when needed. Had issues with the line and they used a camera to find the problem. Diagnosed quickly and had the line replaced by Hershel in a timely well done manner for a fair price. I'll be calling Big Blade anytime I have plumbing needs.
