“Of course there is no convenient time to have a plumbing issue. So, a Saturday when the husband is away on a golf trip with the boys was inevitable, right? I heard the sound of water running in the walls. I called a well known plumbing company describing my situation and they said they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday. That wasn't working for me. I Googled 'emergency plumbers' and Big B's had the highest ratings and lots of them.”
