Special shout out to my whole Big B’s team. Quick response to our plumbing emergency. Fred came out and was able to quickly assess the problem and clearly explained what needed to be repaired. Fred, Shaun, Lee, Ryan, Ashton & Kevin were all professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time they spent to explain the process. When they say they won’t leave you without a running sewer they mean it. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

He went above and beyond from a safety perspective, clearly explaining the issue and walking me through several repair options at different price points so I could make an informed decision. So, Ryan came out originally, assessed my hot water tank issue and gave me several options. All direct and to the point. My water heater was shot after being 16 years old. A fair price to fix the current one, which may or may not have lasted or get a new one. I chose the latter option. Lee was the technician that came out to install the new water heater. He was super cool, professional and did a great job. He showed up, assessed what he had to do and within 10 minutes was working on the replacement. A few hours later, he was done, the old heater gone, the new one installed and running great with all the California requirements. Great job and I'm thankful to have hot water in my house again. They even helped out with a military discount...not required, but definietly appreciated. Thank you Big B's, Ryan and Lee. You did a great job and I appreciate the effort.

Our 50-gallon water heater suddenly started leaking, and I reached out to Big B’s after finding them online. From the very first phone call, the experience was smooth and reassuring—the woman who answered was kind and helpful. Shortly after, I received a text from Ryan letting me know he was on his way. I had done my research beforehand, and Big B’s offered a competitive price with a high-quality brand, so I decided to move forward with the replacement. About an hour later, Shaun arrived with everything needed for the job. His work was efficient, professional, and precise. The installation was completed quickly, and before leaving, he double-checked everything and even cleaned up the area beautifully. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I truly appreciate their honesty, speed, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

BigB's is awesome. They showed up promptly first thing in the morning after my water heater busted. Brandon helped me with some options, was informative about rebates, and ultimately, advised me on the best, most efficient and cost effective solution for my family to enjoy hot showers again. Shaun performed the install very professionally. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing, every step of the way. The work area was clean and the craftsmanship of his work was extremely professional. Both expressed special care for my home and situation as if it was their own, and I greatly appreciate this.
