Jason arrived very quickly and handled our sewer repair with great professionalism. our outside pipe issue was resolved smoothly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Ever have a great start to a day, and in a split second everything just goes down the drain? Well it wasn’t going down the drain for me; it was being pumped out of my basement sump pump. That’s when I knew I needed help. I called Big Apple; best thing I could have done! They were out to my house within a hour!! He took a look where the main water was coming into my house and pointed out to me where the water leak was coming from. He explained that it could be in the cement or in my yard…. Either way he could get it back into operation the same day! Long story short…. He showed me the issued piping, and I opted to have a brand new pipe installed from the water main to my house. They just dig out a hole around the water main now and don’t have to trench and dig out the whole yard. I couldn’t have asked for a better expert or quicker response! Thanks for saving the day!!!!

Overpriced + truck fee is way too high. They charged $50 just to show up and give a ridiculous quote of $1000 to redo my kitchen drain. Told them nah. Ended up finding someone else who did it for about 60% less than their quote.

Wow. Just had James install a recirculation pump on my water heater. Works great. James is responsive, knowledgeable and dedicated. Installed the pump and it was missing a part.
