I’ve called BHS several times over the past few years for both minor fixes and larger issues. They're responsive, efficient, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend.
Great company! Bruce is a delight to work with. Prompt, accommodating and thorough. Will recommend anytime!
Bruce has come to our rescue multiple times - minor and major. Their response time is great and are always friendly. I’d recommend BHS plumbing again and again.
Working with BHS has been incredibly frustrating from the start and should have thrown up red flags. After paying my 50% invoice down it took me nearly three weeks and a threat of a refund to get a response. We scheduled that the guys would be there at 8am, they didn't end up showing up until 10:30 with zero communication from anyone. I ended up messaging Bruce to find out what was going on. They then had to leave about an hour and a half after showing up because they didn't have the supplies needed. Part of the work being done was re-running the condensate line from flexible tubing to PEX. The guys only ended up doing a portion of it and terminated it back into the floor drain which was not what was communicated with Bruce. I explained things and they extended it but kept the drain pipe outside of the wall. I have no idea why. They didn't end up putting the little colored washers on the new washing machine hookups either. Since the PEX is white I couldn't tell which is which. I spoke with Bruce in person about it and he let me know he'd come and fix the issues and I tried to work with him and let him know that since the condensate drain was working he could come out and fix it the following week instead of trying to squeeze me in. Over a month later Bruce finally ended up having to come back out to fix the issues that the guys left. The tubing to my condensate pump was not tightened properly and ended up leaking water everywhere in my basement. Thankfully we're going through a remodel and there was no flooring or anything down but it soaked all of our belongings down in that area. He ended up having to make a return trip to fix that issue and finally fix the condensate pump tube that was outside of the wall. Keep in mind, the guys were originally there to do the work on July 17th 2023, it didn't finally get fully resolved until Tuesday, September 5th 2023. Through this entire process I've been incredibly reasonable and tried to be flexible and I've been taken advantage of at every turn. I paid over $2200 for half my invoice for all the plumbing work which also included a shower install too. The last time the manufacturer of the shower heard from Bruce was Sept. 5th. My whole project has been waiting on him to get the one piece shower ordered and delivered. I followed up with BHS via text message on Oct 31st requesting my invoice to be updated and that I'd like to cancel any remaining work due to the previous experience we've had. I did not get a response. I sent a follow up email on Nov. 2nd and I also have not gotten a response to that either. I don't take lightly to writing one star reviews but the lack of ANY communication, professionalism, so many apologies, and frankly being treated like I don't matter as a customer has caused this one.
Hands down the best! Megan is amazing to work with and very responsive and professional! Bruce, the owner, goes above and beyond! Answering all my questions during my bathroom renovation, made sure to check back with me even after it was completed. Justin, he is amazing at what he does! My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL now! THE ONLY COMPANY I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!! Thank you again guys!!
