I can’t express how wonderful a plumber and a man Phil has been to me and my family. He has provided the same level of service at my house as at my son’s, aunt’s, and mother in law’s houses. His laid back personality is highlighted by dry humor, wit and sarcasm. Although I hate having plumbing problems - it’s a joy to see Phil.
Had a great experience with Phil from Better Rooter. Talked directly to him instead of a secretary and he came out on the same day. He helped locate a septic tank lid, unclog a clog, and replace a leaky shower valve on a rental I own for a fair and honest price. When I need a plumber I will be using him again. Thanks!
Phil came out the afternoon I called to help with my septic backup. Recommended a septic pump and was able to free up some debris, fixed a toilet, and was very reasonably priced. I will use him in the future.
Phillip does an excellent job each time. Trustworthy and no nonsense. Kind. Fair. Phillip doesn't waste your time, and doesn't cut corners. Very thankful to know I can rely on him. Couldn't recommend him more.
