We had two aging water heaters replaced that were located in our crawl space. The team (Amos, Justin, and Dallas) that came to the house was so courteous and respectful. They were prompt in arrival and kept us informed of the entire process in removal of the old units and installing the new ones. They are great ambassadors for their company. The job was completed perfectly, we are totally satisfied. We will always call on Best Services of Oconee. Thank you Amos, Justin, and Dallas for doing a great job.

I cannot say enough about the great quality of work and awesome technicians employed with Oconee Best Services. Angelina did maintenance on our AC unit today. She found a mold issue and a part that needed replacing before the summer heat hits. We also had a plumbing issue earlier in the year that Amos and Justin were able to fix. These guys worked diligently to get our plumbing moving again and were top notch making certain all was good before they left. What awesome employees to represent such a reputable company. Oconee Best Services definitely lives up to their company name. We are so thankful for you all looking out for us and we greatly appreciate your knowledge, hard work, honesty and kindness.

Highly recommend! Alex, Tristan, and Ross came to replace all of our ductwork. They did an excellent job and have great customer service! Tristan even fixed a pipe under the house that he noticed was causing my sink to back up, with no extra charge! They did a good job cleaning up any mess as well!

BEST Services is hands down the best HVAC company in the Upstate. After having a terrible experience with another local company for years, it was such a relief to finally work with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. Their second opinion was incredibly detailed (with a transcript of the visit sent to our email), they fully understood our entire system, and they clearly explained both the issue and the solution we had been searching for over the course of a year. Outstanding customer service from start to finish and a very respectful and courteous tech named JD. Noah and Chapman were both great. Communicated well and got the job done in a timely manner. Very professional. Only reason not 5 star is due to poor communication from the office on rescheduling and never sending an email with the final bill requirements.
