It was a pleasure meeting Steven (Project Manager) with Best Care. His personality was phenomenal. We discussed a plan that met my needs and he started immediately communicating with the team to carry that plan out. Thank you for such great Professionalism! Alberto and Michael were my installers. Again, professionals from the beginning to the end. They installed both heating and AC in the same day. Excellent job!!

Today I had a whole new 5 ton unit installed by Alberto and Marcus. They did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable, professional, kind and did everything they could to protect my floors, walls, stairs, etc. I truly appreciate Best Care for having these kinds of people that represents their brand. We are back blowing snowballs again!! I highly recommend them. Thank you. Oh and they even cleaned up behind themselves. They arrived at 7:58 a.m and was finished at 7:30 p.m They spent their whole day with us 😊 Thank you!

DJ was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and work ok my plumbing issue. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.⭐️ He greeted me respectfully, put on his boot covers and got to work!! I had a lot of stuff going on but I was greatful he knows what he’s doing. He arrived right on time and immediately inspired confidence with his attention to detail. The job was a kitchen faucet replacement, and he handled it efficiently and cleanly. What really stood out was that he didn’t just swap the faucet and leave — he identified a small leak risk and recommended extended water supply lines to prevent future issues. That proactive recommendation saved us from a bigger problem down the road. It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill, integrity, and clear communication the way Jamie does. I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed by Mr Ricardo and Mr Hunter. They showed up promptly at 0800 and immediately started on the replacement of my HVAC system. They took time to lay down a protective cover over my floors. They maintained a clean environment as they worked, respecting my property. They performed the work as required taking the time to explain everything as they go. They even helped me set-up the Trane app. They ensured the thermostats worked as expected. My previous unit was missing the C thermostat wire and the replaced the wiring to add that C wire. Overall, very professional in the work. I'm satisfied
