“Despite Mitch being harassed for no reason by my older mother, he added on so many things to a standard water heater replacement at no cost, that other companies surely would have gouged a customer for. He added 2 shut off valves to the tank, replaced the lame flex metal connectors with copper lines, replaced the thermal expansion tank and triple checked and changed the whole house pressure.”
