They were promt, servicesable, polite, friendly, reasonable. I appreciated their coming to repair the the electrical to the outside of my home meter and pole. They did a great job, they also reattached the siding that was pulled down, took another worry of me regarding water damage. I am now ready for Dominion to completely the work. Mr Bentley replaced an old tankless water heater and charged me $1600 labor for less than 2 man hours of work. Outrageous to charge this much for a replacement water heated when most of the work had already been done . Although the unit was replaced in an expedient manner Mr Bentley definitely took advantage of the situation . I would be aware before you call Bentleys plumbing to have any work done especially if its an emergency. I understand emergencies I deal with them on a daily basis in my profession . But to take advantage of someones plight is unprofessional. My attorney does not charge $800 an hour under any circumstance. I will never call Bentleys plumbing to do any work for me in the future Ansetmo L. Arthur MD FACC

Matthew is the best! However, everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and friendly! They have done electrical work in several rooms, helped troubleshoot and fix things like ceiling fans and toilets, and have installed an electric water heater in our home. They are very reasonable with pricing and provide high quality work. They are very busy because they are so efficient and professional. So occasionally they probably won't be able to get to your place right away. However, that means that people trust them, so be patient. They are worth the wait.

Friendly staff, very reasonable prices. They do what needs to be done without pressure for more than the minimum services needed.They actually saved us money by telling us we didn't need as much as we had planned. Rare integrity in a Company today. I would highly recommend them.
