Jacob is very professional, knowledgable, takes the time to explain what he is doing, and answers my questions. I could not be happier with the service I have received.

Pierce repaired my pipe under the house today that had water pouring out of it. My water bill had increased substantially and I had no idea where the leak was causing my bill to go up so much. He was very polite and did the job quickly. I was so very happy to have someone come into my house.That was able to solve my problem and do a great job

We got another leak in our copper pipes in our living room and Benjamin Franklin was quick to get us on the calendar. They sent Jacob again and he was very quick to get it repaired. I love that they respect your property as he put on shoe covers, laid out a floor covering when he cut out the drywall and captured the leaking water in a bucket. Super Happy with Benjamin Franklin and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Jacob was very polite, explained what needed to be done with shower fauces and was very knowledgeable about plumbing. Gave us options, and reasonable prices. He was helpful explaining everything. Highly recommend this company.
