Ben Franklin plumbing was recommended by One Hour AC, and I’m so glad that they did. Ivan arrived promptly, was very personable & Professional. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new faucet within an hour.
The serviceman Ivan did a fantastic job installing 2 faucets and fixing an error from a previous plumber ( not with this company). Very happy with work, very pleasant and quick.
We found this company to be friendly, well intentioned, and completely incompetent when working on a gas water heater. My elderly mother went a week without hot water as they used a "checklist" and a "process of elimination" to fix her water heater. They sold her an igniter for $290 and told us they couldn't guarantee it was the problem but they were "80% sure". The part got "lost" after paying for overnight shipping and was installed a week later only to be told that the original igniter was fine and they wanted to order a burner because "it was next on the checklist". We contacted a competitor who arrived, found excessive soot on the burner, cleaned it, and had the water heater running in 30 minutes. I can't recommend Benjamin Franklin for working on gas water heaters.
I have been a contractor for 30 years now and I have seen it all. This company is top tier! They communicate perfectly and never miss an appointment. Their tech's are very polite and proficient! Highly recommend them for plumbing work. Thank you, Mike Ireland
