Had a pipe leak in my front yard and lance Morton showed up and was very professional and an amazing guy. He found the leak quickly and got it fixed better than new. The whole company is amazing and awesome and so professional and awesome. Highly recommend and if you get lance you are getting an amazing guy.
Had company out to give estimate to run a new gas line under my pier & beam foundation. Brandon came out and gave me the estimate. I agreed to it and a couple of days later Dustin Krauss and Carson came and completed the project in one day. They did a great job and I am very pleased with it and for all their help in explaining what needed to be done as I recently became widowed after 59 years and still flying by the seat of my pants on all matters that he took care of. It is nice there are still people that will give a helping hand. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.
Lance was fantastic! Very thorough in checking and repairing. He was so patient to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. He cared about his work and cared about us to get our home back up and running. I can’t say enough good things about Lance and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Great team, Great office staff and great communication! I will only use them from now on!
This is the 2nd time Brandon has come out to assist with things we just needed a professional for. He is straight forward and very Honest. We will have him back! There are plenty of projects that need to be tackled. Hopefully he will bring Parker back too!
Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything with copious notes. He saved us a lot of money compared to 4 other estimates! We are happy with the outcome and plan to use him again!
