Another great job by the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (BFP) team! We decided to upgrade the original toilets in our home by taking advantage of a 'Spring Break' toilet replacement special that BFP was offering. The technician that we were assigned was John Sullivan. As always, BFP will always let you know the name of your technician, provide you with their photo, and give you a pretty cool bio on them as well. John showed up on time, was super professional, and to top it off was a Dawgs, Falcons, Hawks, and Braves fan! The toilets that we were going to have installed ending up not being what we expected (tall enough, but not enlongated enough). No harm, no foul. My wife and I talked with John regarding what we wanted. He was super attentive, and we were very appreciative of his patience and input throughout the conversation. After agreeing on what we wanted, and understanding there would be an increase in the price, he went out and procured those toilets. The install was completed flawlessly! The cleanup afterwards? Even better. The type of service that we received from John is just another reason why we will always ride with BFP for our plumbing needs. Their service is always consistent, top notch, and hands down the best around.

They were recommended by a neighbor and based on Google reviews, we decided to give them a try. We had Ryan come out and verified that our toilet was leaking and he recommended rebuilding it. He was easy to work with and took his time to get the job done right. The rebuild kit had a flush handle that was not compatible with the shape of our toilet tank. I noticed that we still had a leak and Ryan was able to figure it out over the phone and he quickly went and got a better one and replaced it. Been a week and doesn’t appear to be any more leaks with this toilet. Would definitely use Ryan again. Update: Gene came out on 3/30 to replace a leaking faucet and did an awesome job. He was very thorough and took time to clean up after himself. This is a big deal for me and was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend them.

Gene did an excellent job installing a reverse osmosis system, cleaning our tankless water heater and installing a bidet. He took the time to explain the system and answer all our questions. He was on time for the appointment, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Gene arrived on time, assessed the work and provided an estimate on the spot. The work he performed was excellent. He even fixed couple of other issues that I did not even know I had. Recommend without without reservation.
