We had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin - Austin was great he and his team provided great service and prices. They were on time, organized and explained what they did in my home! Would definitely recommend.

Gene was super friendly and easy to work with from the start. He arrived on schedule, clearly explained the issue, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. I have used the services of this company and my honest feedback is PLEASE DO NOT USE them at all. I have been cheated very badly by the plumber who came to do the work. He was keen only on how to increase the scope of the work instead of finding the core problem which was a clogged drain at the county line. He gave me a quote with thousands of dollars which I paid. He made me cut trees, bushes, removed my toilets etc which cost me a lot more extra. He even wanted to dig up my my yard. When I called the county emergency services they came and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes FOR FREE. STAY AWAY from this company.

While visiting my parents for the Thanksgiving holiday, I noticed the toilet bowl was cracked and the kitchen faucet was leaking. My parents always use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, so I gave them a call this morning. We scheduled an appointment for tomorrow (very exciting since it's a holiday week and I was concerned we might not get an appointment this week, but we did!). Monica gave me a call around 1 PM today, they had a cancellation, would we be able to have a tech come today? HELL TO THE YES! Dylan was our tech. He arrived promptly, listened to my explanations of what we needed done, identified the parts he would need to do both repairs, then left to pick up the needed toilet, and parts for the faucet. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was easy to talk to, listened, and was super courteous. We are very happy with his work, and I'm very pleased I don't have to worry about the toilet shattering over the holiday.

We have a leak that could be either roof or plumbing. Ryan came out to diagnose and spent time talking to me and telling me what kind of things he's looking for. Even went up into the attic to see if he can help me figure out where a possible roof leak could be coming from. In the end, we ran some tests and he concluded that it's most likely a roof leak rather than a plumbing leak and told to me to contact him and he'll come out again if the roofer says otherwise and didn't charge me for his time. Will definitely be using them if/when we have plumbing issues.

We've been a customer of Benjamin Franklin for some time now and have recommended to many neighbors. We recently received an outrageous water bill which turned out to be a main water line leak. We called and were told to expect a technician that afternoon, but he was able to come even quicker. He confirmed the water line was leaking and coordinated the major replacement within 1 day. Ryan even came back for a 3rd day just to make sure the yard was back in the shape he found it. Other than the water bill, great experience!

Had a great experience with Benjamin Plumbing of Alpharetta. Eugene was our technician and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. He installed a water filtration system, replaced a stop valve, ran new water lines, and installed a new sink and faucet—all done cleanly and properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, really solid service and a smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend them!

Gene did a great job. I called with a pipe leaking in my kitchen and needed help asap. The rep that answered the phone said a tech was working in my area and he would see what he could do. Gene called me from his cell and said he was finished up his day but would come by to access the issue. He fixed my problem within an hour. I was “today” years old when I learned you can and should flush your water heater!! All that yucky stuff in the tank comes out your shower while your pores are open and absorbing the chemicals and pollutants in the water. WOW! Knowledge is power. Reach out to Benjamin Franklin to come check your water heater and if you can flush it! Your skin and hair will thank you!

Benjamin Franklin plumbing is a great company and I'm very happy that we hired them to fix our hot water heater. They were by far the cheapest compared to other people and they were able to fix our problem the same day which was very nice. Gene was our technician and he was really great to work with. Would highly recommend and use Benjamin Franklin again.
