I've used Roto-Rooter a few times - I've always had a great experience and I would definitely work with Roto-Rooter again in the future! Booking an appointment online is super easy. Every time I have needed their services, the technicians have showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and usually offered advice for preventing the issue in the future. I think their prices are reasonable (plumbing is a skilled trade so that service isn't cheap). Everyone I have spoken to was very kind and professional and I am always very pleased with my service. 5 stars, no notes! **I was offered a small discount on my most recent service in exchange for sharing my honest opinion.

He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was going on before starting the work. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and representing the company well. I've used Belton Roto-Rooter a few times and have always been impressed with their service and professionalism.
