Exceptional local business that treats their customers very well. I’m very happy with the integrated boiler/hot water heater installation. Price was pretty fair and the quality was exceptional. Very happy.
Of course my furnace went out during a cold snap and after hours. I pictured myself waiting two days for help and an inside temp of 40°. The after-hours guy called back right away. He explained the prices if I didn't want to wait. He was on a job currently and would make some calls. If those guys couldn't come he'd come himself he promised. I had a working furnace a little over an hour later. The cost was a few hundred Less than I figured. I am a big fan of this company to say the least.
We couldn’t be happier with the services we received. Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and the technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s clear this company values quality work and customer satisfaction. We felt confident in the work done and will definitely be calling them again in the future.
Had 3 mini-splits installed in some bunkhouses at my cabin. From the initial meeting, estimate, scheduling, through completion of the project Neal, Jeff & crew were very professional and responsive to our needs and questions. Completed project exceeded expectations and we would highly recommend their services to anyone.
