Beaverton Plumbing
Plumber · Beaverton, OR
Our verdict
Fast to respond and skilled at complex jobs, but billing practices are deceptive—charges accumulate in 15-minute increments for non-work time, and initial quotes frequently underestimate final costs.

Critical
“Beaverton Plumbing installed our new kitchen faucet. A week later it came loose from the counter BP came back and tightened it. A week later it came loose again. Joel said that it was attached to a flawed cabinet and would have to charge over $400 to fix it. My son came and found that the tightening bolt had excessive grease and got that removed. Also found that the faucet was attached to the quartz counter top …”
“These guys charged me for their driving time too and I was not informed about this when the appointment was booked. And, the repair guy takes his own time, spending time in talking and hanging out even after the repair. Then, they surprise you with huge bill because they charge by 15 minute increments of their time. Don't use this company if you want fair value for your money. It's a rip off”
“It was my experience with this company that unless you enjoy being lied to and scammed you should call an honest plumbing company. I was quoted $225 an hour for my kitchen faucet to be replaced and that it wouldn’t take more than an hour. The plumber (Ben) arrived on time at 9am but spent 15 minutes in the back of his van rearranging it. Little did I know I was being charged for this time. He didn’t being the work …”
Positive
“Jack called me before he arrived, was on time, and did a great job! Definitely recommend!”
“We have been using Beaverton plumbing for years, they were always the fastest, fairly priced, most professional and thorough shop we've worked with. We've called them for all kinds of jobs, fixing valves, leaks, replacing water heaters etc. A couple of years ago when fixing a leaky valve, they warned us our galvanized plumbing was just about at the end of its life. Sure enough, this year was the year that we needed …”
