Great experience start to finish! Our hot water heater was leaking and we called a few plumbers for quotes, which Bear was able to provide quickly over the phone. They said the soonest opening in their schedule was a couple days but they could see if anything could be moved around to fit us in sooner if we moved forward. After going over all our quotes we ultimately decided on Bear based on price and product. When we called them back they were already working on moving their schedule around, ultimately fitting us in the next morning. The installers arrived in the expected time window, explained everything thoroughly, came in right at the quoted price, and left zero mess. We'll definitely give them a call for future plumbing services.

So I was completely out of water, zero pressure on my well tank and Bear was the only plumber to return my calls, after contacting 3 others multiple times and no one would call me back, Bear got me a tech out the next day after I called. They fixed a faulty pump wire, barely charged me anything, and gave me an estimate for a new tank that was the cheapest I’d heard of since 3 years ago. Highly recommend using this company

Let me just start out saying I have worked in restoration for 20 years. I have ONLY called Gary Lester, and Bear, anytime I have a plumbing issue. The professionalism and integrity Gary offers is second to none. Integrity is the single most important quality I look for when subcontracting work out. Bear will never try to upsell work. They do what is needed and really try to save the customer as much money as possible while offering superior quality craftsmanship. If all contractors operated in the fashion Bear operates, there wouldn’t even be a need for reviews. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Gary!

We had a great experience with Bear Plumbing. Our water heater failed, and Bear rescued us with the same high quality brand unit in one day. Called in the morning and by dinner we were back in hot water! Excellent response time and workmanship! My new plumbing company is Bear.
